Paid £15 for the self service car wash, pumps stopped working, low pressure and no rinse or soap options working. Took videos of the pumps not working and they said "it's still working slowly". Manager laughed and told me that as I already washed the car and it needed rinsing off that I didn't need any money back and I should move to another bay. Could not move to another bay as there was a queue of people waiting to use the machines. Terrible customer service
