IMO Car Wash

Longbenton was rubbish paid for ceramic xtr car bonnet still dirty glass water stains and didn't even clean marks

Good car was, and I always get discount each time i go with my blue card. my car is always spotless each time.

Clean is gleaming as always after a visit to IMO

Turned up at 5:15 and the place was shut despite saying it’s open on Google until 6:30 🙁

I went this morning, paying on the app on the way there. It was closed (this was 10am, it is supposed to be open). No signs explaining why closed

Worst car.wash company, ive had 2 x card payment come through and complete on my phone and no vacuum use. Dealt with a guy in garage, he said call customer service. Dodgy number that doesn't ring.

Unreliable service. I was here on 20/01/2026 at 05:15 pm and it is closed. Closing time was 8:15 as per google ( confirmed by the business)

3rd time this WEEK I have come to get my car washed and it has been closed.. yet both Google and the IMO website say that this branch should be open at the time I have come. Such a waste of time and very frustrating!

Saying it’s open and it’s closed

I'm not convinced this place is still open. Every time I've gone, having checked the opening times on both Google and their own website, it's been closed.

Have used this car wash previously and have to say, it is a good car wash. But the times are unreliable and I feel it's down to the attendant if he feels like working or not. I was there on Tuesday 02/09/25 at 4:57 and the guy had closed! I said this should be opened until 18:30 and he said it's 17:00 closing time and just walked away! I will try again (that's if it's open) as the ceramic wash is great, but this will be my last.

Came here at 17h59, turned away as "they're closing down", half an hour before the advertised closing hour

Clean and easy to get to

My car was horrific, inside and out. The guys totally sorted it for only £30. Brilliant service, and staff were super helpful and polite. Will definitely be back.

It was closed in the middle of the afternoon for no reason - just a cone in the middle of the entrance, no signs and no-one around. The number on the website was no longer working. Later, a query through the website, and an email to head office were both completely ignored. I gave them a chance to turn it around, but they didn't bother. My first and last visit.

Cheapest wash is a total bargain. You get a pre jet wash, windows washed before going through the car wash where you also get the wheels washed, the car waxed, and blow dried. All for five quid!! Recommended 😊

Good service easy to use

I've been twice now over the last year. Each time I am always kept waiting. An acknowledgement that you are waiting and an indication of how long it will take to get to you would go a long way. I often go to the IMO car wash in Byker and it is a different experience.
