Express affordable drive through wash

Aways good to me. I have a 7 seater MPV so it costs £8 for outside wash only.. Deffo cheaper across the road but its isnt hand washed (several times through the process may i add) and they get into every nook and cranny. So very reasonable I think. Staff are always nice, friendly and happy. Car always comes out gleaming and you get a tyre shine and an air freshener at the end. Had a full valet once for, a bartered, £40 and it was good. Can handle several cars at once aswell so it's deffo worth it when there's a queue across the road. Highly recommend and will deffo return.

Sunday at 3pm. I have been coming to this place since it opened and that was the best car wash my car has ever received - I think any time. The care and attention to detail were superb. Thank you - an excellent team.

While the car wash service may be acceptable, the behaviour of some customers is unacceptable and affects the surrounding community. A number of taxis regularly park on double yellow lines outside the car wash, eat there, and throw their rubbish onto the nearby residential estate. This is illegal parking, creates a litter problem, and makes the area unsafe and unpleasant for local residents. It is disappointing that this continues despite the obvious impact on the community. I strongly urge the business to take responsibility by reminding customers to park legally and dispose of rubbish properly, or provide bins and guidance to prevent littering. Local residents should not have to deal with this ongoing nuisance.

Great service, lads were speedy whilst doing a thorough job. Will definitely be back here in the future.

I love coming here for a car wash. These guys are soooo hard working. Winter or summer, they are there and open. They try really hard to get all the grease and mud off. Wish that more people leave them tips

They always do a superb job

Would not recommend! Took my car here for a mini valet and paid £25. Upon returning to my car I found that certain areas on the exterior of the car were still dirty. The inside was clean but after driving away and pulling my sun visor down I found that they had smashed the mirror (It was not smashed when I gave them the car). When pulled up on it the manager was very aggressive and argumentative, they wouldn’t take any responsibility and I was offered a £10 refund and was told never to return. Horrific service, horrific management and just a down right disgrace.

I have been visiting this place for quite some time, and I’ve always preferred it over automated car washes. I appreciate that there are people working there, and I like supporting a business that provides jobs in the community. However, I started becoming concerned about the inconsistency in pricing. From time to time, I was asked to pay more, and then on other visits the price would go back to £6. I have always had the same car, so I couldn’t understand the difference. During my last visit, I was told the wash would be £10. When I questioned it, the price was then changed to £8. I was asked how much I normally pay, and when I said £6, I was told that wasn’t possible. I ended up paying £8 that day, but the experience left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Because of the inconsistent pricing and lack of clear communication, I won’t be returning. It’s a shame, as I had liked the service and always preferred supporting local workers, but I can’t continue using a place where I’m unsure what I will be charged each time.

Appalling Service - Avoid this place. I took my car to Heaton Hand Car Wash for a basic inside-and-out wash. When I asked the price, I was told “up to £20,” even though their sign clearly shows £17. At the end, they demanded £25. They only accept cash and did not provide a receipt. Worse still, the crew broke the armrest box in my vehicle. When I pointed it out, they denied responsibility and each member gave me a different story about what “must have happened.” They refused to offer a refund or any compensation. Even putting aside the suspicious price change and the damage to my car, the wash itself was mediocre at best. Poor service, questionable pricing, and zero accountability – I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

Very dangerous. They park the cars encroaching on a busy road and just jump into the road while working on the cars. The council should shut them down. They are completely irresponsible and so are you if you use them.
