📍RACIST & DISCRIMINATION! 1/12/23 6:10pm (I will be taking legal action against this petrol station and salesman!) I was rudely shouted at over the microphone to come inside and PRE-PAY for my fuel while other people did not have to. He then made a mistake to charge me for unleaded petrol instead of Diesel of £100 and then blamed me for telling him the wrong fuel type! Whilst on the phone to his superiors he attended to multiple (white male) customers until I told him that it was unfair for him to see customers without rectifying his blunder of incorrectly selecting me to pay £100 unleaded petrol instead of Diesel. To add insult to injury after I was eventually given access to fill my can with Diesel, I filled up my car fully to £90. I went back into the shop to get the remaining £10 credited back to my card I paid with and he REFUSED. He said I was bringing HIM problems again and stopped me from getting my remaining money back. And he refused me taking £10 worth of goods from the shop to clear the money the petrol station owned me. I will be taking legal action against this petrol station and salesman if my I do not get my £10 back within 24hrs!

Always is an issue at this petrol station. Rude staff Toilet leak Toilet renovation Small Vans are not allow for Car Wash (I wash the car here 2 years now) from today is not possible anymore… Is anyone responsible for this cowboys at the petrol station?!?

Toilets are never open

Hoover has poor suction, while car wash is closed. Couldn't use the services as intended.

I don’t like Manoj

I parked for diesel and tried to get it at pump number 5. The guy had to tell me from the office that pump 5 is only for lorries. I asked him how was I supposed to know because there is no sign and he said that the pump nozzle is wider. How can I tell that from driving up to the forecourt?!

Toilet always locked,no information about it, whenever you use stuff member to open Toilet they will say is out of service but the truth is they don't want to clean it.

Absolutely bloody awful. The bloke behind the counter dressed as a BP employee grunted some unintelligible words at me without even lifting his head from his mobile phone. I won’t be visiting again. It appears from the reviews that I’m not the only one that has had a bad experience here.

This petrol station is okay. I just use it to get fuel and occasionally wash my car at the self-service car wash.

Good station

This petrol station is on my route home, and on a number of occasions, I have found the male staff here to be patronising and sarcastic towards me from the beginning of our interaction until the end. As a lone woman traveller, I find this behaviour to be upsetting and intimidating. I recently returned from an (unspecified) Asian country where misogynistic and patronising actions towards women are sadly the norm and rife. I do not want to exaggerate my experiences in your store as it cannot compare to what millions of vulnerable women and young girls have to face on a daily basis, but I do not expect patronising and intimidating behaviour towards women in Britain in Havering while I'm trying to fill up my car and go about my day to day activities. I'm sure BP would want their reputation upheld, and franchises need to be properly monitored with staff trained and held accountable, not acting as if they are immune. Look at what's happening with a very famous fast food outlet and their franchisees who have been left to their own devices for far too long. Opportunistic people are everywhere!

Filled up as the car was thirsty, onwards journey. Nothing special, nothing bad either.

Poor - went to use air vending machine as I had flat tyre. Put 2x50ps in cash slot - nothing happened. Tried payment by card - again nothing happened. Went into garage - was told by colleague that shouldn’t have put cash in it - there is no signage to say this and if the cash facility is out of use then cover or remove the coin slot surely, Colleague took my details as couldn’t reimburse money - manager would ring me the following day. Never received such phone call. Disappointing - used garage once a month minimum. Not any more.

28/02/2024 14:00 - Despite a toilet being advertised here on Google, employee VIJAY denied my request to use the facility stating that it was for employees only as he locked the toilet door. I called the business management to query this, who then called the manager onsite and they were told the toilet was under going cleaning and that was the reason it was not available. After this call my dad went in and the toilet had been magically unlocked. I went in straight after dad and found the toilet locked again. I had to request it to unlocked and now VIJAY had no problem giving me the key to the toilet which he kept beind the counter. It's clear that VIJAY's default position is to restrict open public access to 'his' toilet. While we were sat on the forecourt in our broken down car for an hour at least one other man was forced to take a leak along the bushes outside. Not impressed.

I use a BP Plus Routex fuel card to pay for my business fuel at this particular BP Hornchurch Gas Station (on the way to London). Despite asking, the staff there often enter incorrect vehicle details like "10" or "20" instead of my van's number plate. It happens only at this gas station. All other BP stations (including one across the road) correctly input the number plate into the system. What's most frustrating is that I asked on 5 different occasions if they inputted the number plate into the system, and only once did they do it. I only discovered this issue when I received my invoices from BP. This discrepancy causes problems for me and other customers who rely on accurate records. BP needs to address this issue and ensure staff take their responsibilities seriously. While the staff at BP Hornchurch Gas Station are generally friendly, it's clear they need better training.

Toilet not working all times.

Vaccume charged the card but didn't work and when i approached the sales person he said you should have put coins it only works with coins. Etically they should have mentioned that on the mechine

Avoid or be scammed!!! “Using a fuel card here”,casier trying to scam me to use my own card to pay. Casier told me there is a problem with my fuel card. The moment I told him I will have to make a phone call to clarify the situation.. his face took a different form. I had it checked up card is good. Eventually he taped on “fuel card” and it worked. He told me that i need to pay from my own card… demanding. I would avoid this place. Just as an advice,don’t use this place. On site contact was Ashan Who claimed to be the manager…. Ridiculous… I will place a formal complaint against this petrol station. It should be closed….

The cashier (university guy) likes to swear at people in his language behind their backs for no reason. I heard him calling me a bad word on my way out this morning, there was no one else there so I guess he didn’t like the way I looked. Not nice abusing customers behind their backs especially when they are walking out, kind of a coward move. Was too early in the morning for me to respond. To the university guy, I understood what you said and didn’t want to respond cause I did not want to stoop to your level. Good luck with your course.
