Terrible worst garage about for any repairs! Please stay well clear, don’t know what they are doing! Ring them up explain what needs doing don’t understand! Should be closed down.

Today I cycled to college, but on my way back I discovered my bike had completely lost air. I headed to Auto Direct Hornchurch, and they were fantastic – they put air in my bike free of charge and the staff were so friendly and kind throughout. It’s really great to have a local business that’s willing to help out customers with small issues like this without any cost involved. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle help!

This mot centre is so helpful went in for a light bulb change and fuse change as my phone charger wouldn’t work on my corsa, Adam didn’t even charge me but was so helpful and great to be honest I will always use them again sometimes a little help goes a long way thanks see you soon

I had a very disappointing experience for car wash at this place. My car ended up with hairline scratches, likely from using the same clothes/sponge on tires and body. The service was rushed, handled by only two people and I wouldn’t recommend it especially for dark-colored cars. Overall, poor and careless handling; I’ll need another full body polish to fix the scratches.
