Over priced for smart car £25 , and not even cleaned it properly, definitely won’t be back at this car wash again

Came here recently and charged me £30’ The outside was done to a reasonable standard but the inside was really poor and not what I would have expected for this price. Definitely won’t be returning.

Usually come here to get my car wash has generally they take there time with my car ect. But today I had one rude young guy insisting I took my baby out the car due to chemicals they use in the car baring in mind I had 5 of my other children with me 2 whome are autistic so couldn't keep my eyes of them. The other oldish guys said baby was fine to stay in the car. Yet this young guy was so rude and abrupt and was mumbling stuff under his breath humiliating me infront of another lady that had her car done before me. Never again will I come back to this place.. defo lost a loyal customer... Funny thing is they never complained before until now when my baby's been in her car seat... Also the rear of the car was not even cleaned or hoovered yet paid £40quid...

No where does it say they only accept cash and no cards. Man was overly rude and told us that we should have asked. Never came to a business where customer had to ask if they accepted cards as most places if they don’t clearly display it.

Avoid these crooks. Wanted £25 for a small car when it said £12 on the board. Went elsewhere for a tenner.

Over priced , specially when u find out the car is not washed properly feel like wasted my money . If the wash is good i dont mind paying this money but this is not the outcome the wash was bad dirty wheels all around and car is left wet almost all around

The worse car wash and people and expensive

It’s one of the worst car service I had ever visited rude staff. I have to show the dust and ask multiple times to clean here and there. They don’t mention how much for small, suv, they just mention 25-30-35-40 pounds. Through out the Romford, Chadwell Heath, Ilford or east London it’s 25 pounds for in and out for compact SUV. I had come from Ilford on a work to Romford and thought of trying it. At the end when I had asked he said 35 pounds and I told him it’s expensive. Our charges are standard If you think we are expensive you don’t come. Such a rude and reckless attitude. I didn’t check the reviews otherwise I wouldn’t have visited. There are mostly 1 ratings. It’s better people avoid this wax on they are day light robbers. Google doesn’t allow to give less than 1 otherwise I would have given 0.

Please avoid this car wash. They damaged our new car with the jet wash and upon reporting to them I have been told "it happens" and their CCTV conveniently "wipes itself overnight". They refuse to give any contact details for management and the manager is always having a "day off". I am having to go through the small claims court to recover the money for the damage.

Can't be trusted extorted me because I had no cash charged me £5 more to do a transfer did not clean properly will never visit again even if I'm desperate

Fantastic “budget” car clean, however for those that have greater than budget vehicles (not a slant on those who do) I strongly suggest somewhere else. Second time today I’ll be getting the car washed 👍🏾
