Woolston Manor Car Wash

I can't recommend this car wash enough, l've been so busy with work and home renovations plus a family wedding, l forgot to get the car washed not a ladies highest priority!!! I arrived at 6.42, the young gentleman told us the last car was in and he was closing, l kindly asked if he could fit us in because we had a wedding Saturday morning, he told us to wait, he went around asked and from a distance gave us the thumbs up. They started working on my car at 6.52 whilst they close at 7.00 pm and did a fantastic job it wasn't rushed, they took their time and cleaned it thoroughly she came out sparkling inside and out , so thank you guys for that it' was greatly appreciated by us .

Really great service, hard working guys who did a great job for very reasonable prices. Am really happy.

Good hand car wash

Waited 35 minutes to be told it’d be another 25 minutes before my car even got to the front. Never before been to a car wash that required an hour of waiting! Diabolical. I had to leave after waiting all that time without even getting the damn car cleaned ! Waste of my life

Absolutely shocking. What used to be a decent car wash, has now turned into one of the worst in the areas. I will not be returning. 1-2 people working, even on a sunny day. Communication is dreadful. One person working today. I waited 15 minutes, to then be told that before he did mine he had to do two cars that were parked up on the side. Six months ago the owner said he would be taking on more staff. This hasn’t happened

I’ve used this car wash regularly, and while they were decent in the past, the customer service has declined significantly. On one occasion, I arrived at their advertised opening time of 10am, but no one was there. On another visit, I waited 45 minutes behind the car being washed, only to be told it would be another hour. When I asked why I wasn’t informed earlier, I was told it was because I stayed in my car, which is what most people do at a car wash. I called the manager, who promised to ring back - after a further 20 minutes, he hadn't. Two stars because they have previously provided good service, but I won’t be returning.

Takes cash or EFT, no card facilities. Move into the 21st century people.

I have had my car washed at Woolston Manor Car wash three times now and they always do an excellent job. They are competitively priced - I paid £22 for standard in and out which they accept cash or bank transfer for. They are always incredibly meticulous. Great value for money.

Pathetic attitude and poor customer service. After making me wait for 15 mins they told me that they are closing early today. It was 5.30pm and on google it says 7pm. When I contested, they guy was pretty rude towards me and I just left. Really disappointed
