My car engine warning light went on as I was driving by the petrol station, I ended up getting some petrol and fixing the car at the station. All staff were nice but Prash was amazing ! He helped me out with the parking so that I had enough time to fix the car! Would defo recommend.

The pumps had fuel, the cashier, she was really friendly and professional.

It says it is open 24 hours but we went there at night, around 11pm, and it was closed. Don't go here for petrol if you are going outside of daytime hours.

Been there in the morning and was ok. Today I went at 21.03 and the PM stuff was extremely rude 😒 I only asked for the car wash and the man at the counter raised the voice at me saying "car wash is closed, we don't sell after 9pm!" Like I should have known ... I know that customer service skills are not for everyone but doesn't take much to be polite...

The car wash is not working.

My wife was sent a demanding letter from solicitors after filling up £25 worth of fuel (in January) and then not paying. She spent £7.70 contactless inside the shop and THEY FAILED to add her fuel on even when she said she had filled up. She may have been in a rush and 9 months pregnant, but it was her fault apparently for not looking at what she had paid on the card reader. She now has 2 days to re-attend the garage and pay the balance or pay an additional £18 admin fee for the pleasure of solicitors having to open a file. Moral of this story……always double check what you’re paying if you choose to use this garage. They clearly can’t be trusted to do what you say.

Another extortionately priced petrol station, always has been. They all seem to be close to the motorway, and this BP is no exception.

Update : BP replied to my complain and issued a voucher to wash my car again. Even though it should've been washed properly from the first time, we still have to appreciate the effort from them, changed mark from 1 to 3. Don't ever use their car wash! Absolute waste of money , paid £10 for so called premium wash just to get out and see that the car is still covered in birds excrement and wheels still dirty

Parked up to use the electric charge point and was blocked in by a DHL delivery van and was told that I would have to wait 25 minutes before I could leave by the driver.Obviously not happy with this as I was working at the time so I complained to a member of the staff at BP who as good as laughed in my face. Will never use BP again unless no other option all because of terrible customer service at this BP Garage. I think BP Should check as to who they have representing there Brand.

Tried to use cash machine today. It took the money from my bank and the flap was broken so did not dispense anything. When my husband went into the shop to speak to staff they were extremely rude and unhelpful. He lost his temper and raised his voice and the staff told him to shut up 😡
