Excellent service from Hassan and the guys, a hidden gem of a car dealership in the Essex area which from the road looks like just a car wash but when you look past that it is actually a garage and a car dealership too! Got my 67 plate Ford ecosport from car station ltd and got excellent service from them and am very happy with my car. I’ve had the car for 3 months now and the only issue I had was a small leak from the drive shaft which they had back in looked at, fixed and sorted within 72 hours and free of charge. Like I said I can’t recommend this company enough.

Do not come to this company, I recently brought an Audi A3, WN67TBF. Red flags straight away, calling me 3 times on the day I was going to see the car. First one, can you come earlier as I would like to shoot off because it was a Saturday. 2 more calls of how far away are you. Anyway, kept hovering around me when looking at the car. Within a couple of days of having the car, engine management light came on then off, 7 times it came on before I gave it back to them. I had a diagnostics check. MULTIPLE ISSUES. I called car station straight away. They said come in tomorrow and we will look. The next day I turned up raj didn’t know I was coming and told me I couldn’t get it checked because the mechanic was not there so raj took it upon him to use the diagnostic machine. Came to me saying there was no problem so I showed him the picture I had of my diagnosis and suddenly the mechanic appeared on site and looked at the car.. took ages to get it in. I had to ask what the update is and he said it was spark plugs ( they said they changed the spark plugs before me seeing the car) I asked if he checked other components that might cause the issue.. raj was confused so I had to tell him the components. Still had the fault after changing spark plugs. Luckily enough that I use to be a mechanic so I know what I’m talking about. Eml kept coming on and off. Car revving on its own. After a battle of trying to get my money back Hassan still tried to save money by saying I’ve done certain amount of miles in the Audi so he will deduct money from the full refund… but did not mention about the miles they did in my part exchange which he gave back to me.. near enough 1000 miles and said he had 4 test drives.. On the last day of getting the refund and exchanging items. Another argument including both Hassan and raja happened. very unprofessional, disgusting place. Also making my Mrs very uncomfortable. DO NOT COME HERE, THEY SELL DODFY CARS.

Awful customer service. Saw a car I was interested in on their website, so I sent a WhatsApp message via the link on the site. 3 days no reply but thought I'd go down to look at the car maybe get some questions answered and have a test drive. Rocked up to three guys who cared more about the car wash than the dealership clearly and was ushered towards the carpark of their stock saying yeh you can look. No real care in the world or attempt to answer questions or help us out.

The warm reception and sincerity I experienced meeting with Hassan the first time was amazing. Although it was a bit difficult to make up my mind on the choice of car I wanted, he was patient with me to make up my mind and I eventually did.
