Took my car last week for a clean It was damaged all scratched on the dashboard looked like they use a metal nozzle also took the paint off my boot door also I told them to be careful with an earing I left in the car and they Hoovered it up so the Experience was awful.will not be going there again!!!

After getting my car washed here, my infotainment screen came back visibly damaged with scratches/coating marks that were not there beforehand. I contacted the business immediately and sent photos straight away. Instead of taking accountability or properly inspecting the issue, I was told the damage “must have already been there under dirt” and was even compared to random eBay photos. Then I was offered a “free wash,” which honestly felt insulting considering the cost of repairing a screen. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. Mistakes can happen, but dismissing a customer’s concerns and refusing responsibility without any genuine effort to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I’ll let the photos and messages speak for themselves. Based on my experience, I would not trust this business with my vehicle again.

Dissapointed, wouldn't go again. Paid £25 for inside and out and seats haven't even been hoovered? Windscreen still has bug residue and are lots of water droplet marks obviously forgot some with the cloth.

Staff helpful welcoming & polite. When I explained it was a brand new car being delivered the guys explained the options and did a great job. Thank you

Really bad job. I asked for inside and out, and they didn’t even do inside properly, just asked for payment and touched it up. I pointed out key details they missed such as dirty. They got angry ?

Went here for the first time. Just did external. Did a good job and even take card payment.

Amazing experience. Had a nightmare with spilled paint and Raja and his team really got it out for a fair price.

Wish I could leave a 0. My van was absolutely filthy afterwards. Dirt all over the rear doors and both sides. An absolute disgrace and total rip off. Brand new van and looks awful. You've been warned...go to thornwood
