Really quite awful experience. Arranged with Autovalet to get my car fully valeted while I was out of the country, with a view to selling it when I returned. Came back to find the interior basically untouched (cupholders, doors, seats still dirty). Many, many places were unaddressed or poorly addressed. Discussed with management, they sent a cleaner out to skim over a few more bits with a damp cloth. Genuinely not even close to a £65 per hour service. I would recommend avoiding at all costs.
