Abysmal Carwash and Customer Service The Carwash do not function well but advertised to rip off customers period. There has been similar complaints over the last two years on the reviews without resolution. I paid £9.50 for the premium Carwash today but no sign of any foam or drying. Car came out dirtier!!! I called back and the rude lady just ignored my complaint and said there's nothing that she can do and no refund. The Trading Standards will be informed and definitely pay you a visit shortly. You will eventually cough out all the money taken from customers with your deceptive trading.

I have been charged twice an amount of 109£ and it's being a nightmare to get the money back. I've been there a couple of times and they simply say: come back Monday-Friday. Every time you call and explain the situation they say to send and email with receipts. After doing it and waiting 2 weeks I called back and explain the situation and they just say to keep waiting and they hang up on you.

Every time I go to this petrol station for a Vodafone top up I am told the machine isn't working even though I know it is because when I am adamant enough the staff reluctantly use it for me, as he did tonight at 0105, 8th June 2026. He refused the service. Only after I asked for his name and a contact number for a complaint (which he provided me by printing out a previous customer's receipt and handing it to me for some reason!). I have no idea why customers are refused this service, even though it clearly works. Not being able to use the only place open is extremely inconvenient. It seems like the workers are on a "Payment machine not working" power trip. It's a real issue that needs to be resolved.

Very small place for a BP garage! No parking spaces most important NO TOILETS !!!! NO TOILET NEXT DOOR- BURGER KING AND STUPIDITY BUSY McDonald's on the end.. do something with it.... How is Burger king running with no toilets?? How is BP running with no space for customer to park and no toilet. Is it really just fuel and go... Nothing also there is good.

​I am extremely disappointed with the car wash service at this location. During my visit, the machine appeared to be malfunctioning; there was no water flow during the cycle—only foam and dry brushes. ​As a result, the friction from the dry brushes has caused significant scratching across my vehicle's paintwork. A car wash should be a convenience, not a liability. I would strongly advise others to avoid using the automated wash here until the equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. I expect better quality control from a BP station.

Amazing customer service

Avoid, rude & useless staff. They also dont let you scan BP rewards card, always finding excises such as the reading machine is broken etc. Avoid

Rubbishy customer services. I have filled the fuels in my car and they scanned the rewards card. But actually they didn't...poor services.

Just aweful, garage open wanted colour gas, apparently have to return when the boss is in??? Useless

Very friendly and helpful staff. From Hellos to getting croissants from back fresh or Sugar when coffee machine runs out. Great team

Always have to give them your card before they will start the fuel pump and they didn't add the BP points to my card either took it and scanned it nothing happens no points nasty area had some bloke trying to sell me fake perfume a month ago at the pump and last week a begger asking for money.

Have been using the car wash here for the last couple of years and was always happy and it is quite popular with people… but on my last two visits including today, the car wash just seems to start with clear water but no soap suds / foam! £8.99 for water, bristles and a dry! I suspect I’ll get a number or email to contact that will ultimately achieve nothing anyway. I should’ve video’d it.

Today I just came for coffee by Costa machine in the shop. I wanted espresso or mocha. I pressed the button of mocha but I received some difference "coffee" (?) with chocolate. When i said to the employed, and I explaind her (cause she don't know), the mocha is one portion espresso with some milk, she just still said but "I have to pay". No problem, front of BP have a Shell, site of BP have a Burger King after a McDonalds. I have 3 options to got it a correct hot coffee if here this the attitude.

It is not 24 hour open, the guy from the till said its closed and it was at 4am

Today , 8.07.2024 , again jet wash empty just water .... seriously big joke ... Jet wash rubbish, is just to take your money. Not active foam inside not shampoo!!!! 3x using this week and I pay just for water.. this jet wash is big joke !!!! Loose money for nothing

Jet wash is ALWAYS out of order.

Plenty of space to manoeuvre between pumps. Well stocked shop. Excellent location between A10 and M25. Polite staff on till.
