Lovely cleaning

I went and washed my car at their place today, the trunk was not cleaned with the vacuum cleaner, the windows were dirty with stains, the mirrors were the same.

1st time using this place and find they’ve somehow destroyed the rubber that goes around my car bonnet … looks like it’s been hacked into with something and it looks melted ???? Cannot understand what on earth they’ve done Have never recieved such damage to my vehicle from any other car wash place ever

It was bad experience, I paid £40 for mini valet . Interior part of the car wasn’t done properly , I complained, but couldn’t get any where with it , I will advise you not to use this car wash , they are not honest and rude

Worst car wash I have been to over the past 8 years of me going to car washes all over, interior has streak marks all over it left over and needs a complete rewipe, wheels dirty and zero care in the world, car has water marks and streaks because they don’t go and wipe the car again, but best of all is taking normal carpets and jet washing them and putting them back in soaking wet it’s not rubber carpets where you can jet wash and put them back in these carpets will dry and go hard now and that’s £200 damage made because lack of understand or care in the world, and all this on a mini valet service which is £35 ridiculous Highly highly don’t recommend it and would avoid at all cost not worth the headache and arguments

One of the best hand car washes around Have been using this place for a few years and have never been disappointed with the service or quality of cleaning. Can be a little slow occasionally but this is mainly due to the staff making sure the job is done properly. Good indoor waiting area if the weather is on the cold side with hot drinks available (snack machine too I think) Price start at £15 One of the best car washes in the area, would recommend for a good decent job.

Very good car cleaning station, The clean inside and out to a very good standard. They have been here many years and they take card payments which is often more convenient.

Nothing great

This was our first visit here and will definitely be the last. We dont usually post negative reviews to save and help local businesses however we wasted our money and would not want anyon else to waste theirs. Went staright in where they started washing withing 3 mins they had done the whole car wash without a bye or anything just pointed to basically leave. The car had not even been wiped down water marks everywhere and shampoo was not even washed off the car still had it on with all stains. We then had to take the car to another car wash and finish the job! Please avoid!

I recently visited Nicholas's hand car wash, expecting a thorough and careful cleaning of my vehicle. While the overall wash quality was decent, several aspects of their service left me deeply disappointed and concerned. Firstly, despite clear instructions to avoid touching the car's digital screen to prevent potential damage, the team's communication breakdown led to unnecessary risks being taken with the screen. This lack of attention to specific customer requests is alarming and speaks to a broader issue of how instructions are relayed amongst the team. Moreover, the carelessness extended to the interior cleaning process. The door seal, which had sand embedded in it, was wiped down with a towel that was then used to clean the wood and plastic finishes of the car door. This resulted in scratches on these finishes, a clear sign of neglect and a lack of understanding of basic cleaning principles that could prevent such damage. What was most apparent throughout this experience was the apparent rush to complete the job and move on to the next customer. This rush led to a lack of respect for my vehicle, a disregard for detailed cleaning standards, and ultimately, a customer experience that was more frustrating than satisfying. In conclusion, while the wash may seem adequate at first glance, the lack of care, poor communication, and apparent rush in their work led to a disappointing experience. For a service that involves handling people's prized possessions, this car wash’s approach was surprisingly cavalier. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive call for improvement in how they handle their services moving forward.

Great bunch of lads steller job with my car.

Got to be careful driving into here, clearly says on the first sign that for a inside and outside clean it is £20 when I'd had mine done they pointed out that it's £25 with another sign. Best to go elsewhere.

Over charge you for your vehicle sizes and don’t do a proper job had 2 for 2 bad experiences
