IMO Car Wash

Just paid to get my car washed absolutely atrocious wheels not cleaned lines everywhere paid for one of the top quality spec cleans and this is not the first time i have complained personally to them before very poor workmanship

Basildon IMO is fantastic!!!

Have used the car wash drive through many times but this was the first time I'd had the car valeted and they did a fantastic job. Had a triple wax wash with mini valet for £29 and the car looks like new. To bad is going back to the near company tomorrow 😂 Will definitely be bringing my new car back for valeting when needed.

Lovely place to wash your car, the guys are very friendly and dedicated and diligent in their job. A place to relax while the doing you wash.

If you car about your car, do not use this compan! Not safe and will allow people to brake on the conveyor belt. There are other companies who will clean the car better with no streak!!!!

Basildon IMO is one of the best service washes I have been too .. I have been driving over 30 years and I always get a smile and any extra I need for a small tip 👍

Profesionalism

Absolutely awful experience. My fiancé has been coming here for a while and has brought both his car and mine multiple times without ever mentioning an issue. This is the first time I’ve brought my own car myself, and the way I was treated was disgusting. I pulled up, put my window down, smiled and said hello, and was immediately met with a rude attitude. The man just stared at me in a way that made me feel really uncomfortable, like I’d done something wrong just by being there. No help, no explanation — just attitude from the start. I was then charged £15 for a wash that is clearly advertised on the board as £11.25 as part of the bundle price. When I questioned it, I didn’t get a proper explanation — just more rudeness and dismissiveness. He was also continuously banging on my car while giving instructions, even though I was doing exactly what he was telling me to do. Completely unnecessary and just added to how uncomfortable the whole situation was. The car isn’t even clean. There are watermarks all over it, and there was bird mess on the side that’s still there after paying for the Ultra HD wash. My fiancé has never been treated like this here, which makes the whole thing even worse. The difference in how I was spoken to is shocking, and it honestly makes me question how customers are treated depending on who they are. I will not be coming back, and I will not be letting my fiancé bring either of our cars here again.

I went to the car wash today . The girl came out and said it's 20 pounds to clean the inside of my car a then I'd have to pay to go through the car wash .she cleaned the car in about 10 to 15 minutes. Then she stood in front of me holding the card machine, saying 20 pounds. I went to check my car . I asked her if she could wipe the plastic in my boot as it was still dirty. She didn't seem like she could be asked,saying it won't come out. I took her cloth and wiped it clean myself. She walked away saying 20 pounds. I had to clean half of my car myself. The inside of all the doors, the plastic on the boot,and there was still dirt on the carpets. Not a good car wash. I won't be using them again and would recommend you don't either

Very poor company, provide very bad service, damage the cars, using dirty water to wash, the car still dirty after washing!😡 if you don't want your car to be damage don't go!!!

Very poor experience with IMO, staff are rude and caused expensive damage to my car, damage being the rear wiper arm was completely bent and I wasn't compensated for the damage that their poorly maintained car wash causes. A drastic change needs to occur as it used to be a good car wash in the past with friendly staff and well maintained equipment.

I wanted to wash my van in and out.The mini valet is £15 for in and out,but no, if is very dirty,like how the van looks like these days after working on dirty sites,the price is higher £35,just because is too dirty.Why you don't have written on the price table this,"if is too dirty the price is higher",what a joke.Rubbish.
