Cousins hand car wash and valeting centre

DO NOT GO HERE - Scratched my car and told me it was already there and walked away from me (it’s a brand new car). Also missed loads of bits and told me a bit of bird poo was a scratch and then wiped it off. Thanks for scratching my car guys :)

First time here and was impressed compared to other places I tried. Don't seem to have missed anything, hoover boot too which normally gets missed. I would recommend and go there again.

Bad customer service. Each time the workers wanted me to drive forward they would whistle and yell at me, like an animal, then exchange laughs between each other as if it was an inside joke. It's their loss because I chose a cheaper service in the end rather than going for the valet as originally planned. Lots of water marks left on my car this time around, their drying cloths evidently weren't dry enough, but thankfully I spotted them before driving off.

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at this car wash. “”!! (The man with the glasses was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very aggressive tone. Instead of listening to my concerns, he interrupted me, raised his voice and spoke to me as if I was stupid. He made several insulting comments towards me and behaved in a completely unprofessional way. No customer should ever be treated like that.) !!”” As soon as I arrived, a very young employee started spraying foam on my car. After only 20–30 seconds, instead of rinsing the dirt and foam off, he started spraying only around the wheels and the lower part of the car. My car was extremely dirty because there had recently been dusty rain, so the foam was already full of dirt particles and small stones. Then, unbelievably, this young employee – who honestly did not even look 18 years old – took a sponge and started scrubbing the car while all that dirty foam and grit was still on the paint. I have never in my life seen a car washed this way. Anyone who knows even the basics of washing a car knows this is exactly how you scratch the paint. I got out of the car and said I did not want my car washed like that because I did not want the paint scratched. A woman came over and asked what was happening, but her English was so poor that I am convinced she did not understand a single word I was saying. Then a man with glasses came over. I explained again that I did not want my car washed this way because I did not want it scratched. He interrupted me very rudely, raised his voice at me and asked if I “owned a car wash business.” I was shocked and asked what he meant. He repeated, in an arrogant tone, that I do not own a car wash business and therefore I do not know how cars should be washed. I told him that I simply do not want my car washed in a way that damages the paint and leaves marks, and that no one has ever washed my car like this before. I also told him that this would be the last time I ever came here. I got back into my car and they continued washing it. While they were working, they started speaking Romanian between themselves. I understand Romanian, and I will spare everyone the disgusting comments they made about me. When they finished, the car was still dirty. They sprayed the whole car with some product and wiped everything with the same cloth. The wheels were barely cleaned at all. After the car dried, the whole body still looked greasy and full of smears from their dirty cloths. The man with the glasses who raised his voice at me and spoke to me so disrespectfully should not be dealing with customers at all. My car is worth £30,000, it is a fully black Black Edition S4, and if this business wants more customers, they need to become much more professional. After I told my friends what happened, every single one of them was shocked and none of them will ever visit this car wash again. If you care about your car’s paint, stay away from this place. Protect your paintwork!!!

Done a ok good cleaning my van, I came in a small/medium size van, was charged for a extra large van, now I won’t be coming back they could of had a good customer but they choose to be greedy

Just called cousins car wash to just explain how my experience was but instead of listening guy was rude and was not interested. Have gone downhill and also did not wipe car properly and i had loads areas still not clean. Only noticed when i got home and this has been case for a lot of my friends also stay away

Decent value car wash..

I’m not saying it’s a bad place, but they tried to charge me more and after they “washed” the car, I had to take it to another car wash to clean it properly. I don’t recommend it. Your luck.

Been here a few times this month, the first wash was good, this time the car wash was very busy, my car was left soaking in prewash solution, then left wet, it wasn't dried well and normal areas weren't cleaned, when I got home and looked over the car there was still dirt that was very visible to anyone that would of been drying me car and I found scratches too. Won't be using this place again

Went there today at 18.10 , and they said they closed but online it says they open till 19.00 , I requested them I’m a Chauffer please wash my car I have a early pick up tomorrow they just walked away , even tho they wasn’t closed fully Very bad service

Worst car wash ever. Water stinks of eggs! Scratched my car! The staff are beyond rude! Can’t clean themselves let along my car! Used to be good now bosh jobs! My kids can do a better job!
