Booked in for Professional Mobile Car Valet just after Christmas. A few days before my appointment, I was contacted by Anand to ask if he could delay the appointment…the reason…it was going to rain on that day and he wanted to make sure he could do the best job possible. He took time to explain clearly why he would rather wait and it all made perfect sense. I was booked in for one week later at 9am. Roll on one week, Anand contacted me again, this time to ask if he could start the full valet an hour early. Of course I said yes. In this day and age we are so used to people turning up late or not turning up at all, I was truly impressed. I’m so please I booked the full valet, my Mercedes was gleaming like the first day I picked it up. Not only did the job start early, it was still only finished 30 mins before the actual scheduled end time, so an extra 30 minutes taken to make sure my car was perfect. The level of detail to ensure the car was shining was very impressive. Is this car “detailing”, no, is this exceptional car valeting, absolutely. The products used leave a really pleasant smell, not new car but very obviously high end. I’m meticulous in the way I care for my car, Anand showed that same level of detail and I truly couldn’t fault anything. Door shuts, carpets; space in between seats and doors, wheels, literally all looked like new. I will definitely be using FreshCar again and highly recommend them. The honesty, level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. So grateful for your honest approach from the outset and really happy with the end result. Personally I think it was great value for my net and the honesty attached to the service goes a long way as far as I’m concerned.
