Bash and the team were amazing, our car was really dirty and now looks like new

CHARGED ME £19 THEN PUT ME THROUGH A ECO WASH STAY AWAY,

Don't bother with the mini valet Missed a load of things that they were supposed to do and had to keep reminding them of what they were supposed to clean. Machine did it's job at least

Eco wash charged 10 £ Short chubby man 12:11 pm I Paid for diamond wash, and he put me through ECO WASH This is the first time it’s happened . Disgusting behaviour.

Horrible scammers. They saw 2 young pretty girls in the car and tried their luck. They tried to tell me it’s £60 to wash my car. A Jaguar i-pace… nothing fancy or big or insanely dirty. They then took their price down to £30, when the car wash down the road and most others charge £20. I said to them £25 max is reasonable. They refused to wash the car for £25, even though their price list says “from £20” for the car and service. AVOID!!!

Excellent service! My car looks spotless inside and out. The staff were friendly, professional, and completed the job quickly.

Great car wash at reasonable cost

I used to go here regularly until recently when they attepted to force me to pay with cash and over-charge me amounts different to what the app/pricing board said. These upcharges only were stated after queuing for a while and then once I got to the front and disagreed they gestured towards the line of cars behind me - trying to use the pressure that I'd have to reverse out past them. 🤦🏻

First time ,for me in a car wash, wasn't sure what to do, but the staff explained everything,step by step, so good. Would always go back now.

Been using the IMO car wash for a long time. Paid for diamond wax emil the owner assisted I pay cash and he would update my wash to ceramic wash, went through eco wash. asked for refund told me to leave the carwash. No shame showing me the cash he is making and smoking in front of me in an arrogant manner. Will not be using this carwash again and will be reporting him.

Operator was rude and very insistant that I pay cash instead of using the qr code or card payment options.

Reasonable value car wash but the rinsing water was filthy, so take a cloth or chamois with you to use afterwards or the marks left when runs and spots dry will be very noticeable. Update for 18/09/2025. I had become accustomed when using the basic eco-wash, to the car receiving a good wetting by hosepipe before entering the tunnel, but this no longer seems to happen, meaning the car goes dry into the brushes - hardly seems a good idea...
