IMO Car Wash

What a shame used to be great drove in road was blocked with loads of valet cars no access to car wash so drove off and left.i thought this was a car wash!!! Won't be going again what a joke can't even get car washed.

Had a mini valet done at IMO Thornton Road today and was really impressed. The staff were friendly, worked hard, and did a great job on the car. Cleaned inside and out to a high standard and left it looking fresh. Good value for money and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Scammers Alert 🚨 Worst Place to visit.Very Rude and Arrogant Staff.Don't even know proper way to speak with customers and to explain their prices or process. He made me pay 24£ in total just for a wash which earlier i paid 15 for the same.he literally tried putting card machine in my mouth to get 10£ extra in front of my 11 year old kid.i wanted not to creat a scene and left. Never visit Again.They are scammers and Abusers.

Got a bunch of scratches after the carwash, and it's still not even clean.

Not worth the money, you still need to give the car a clean and dry after a diamond wash. Which is 8 pounds.

So Bad and rude very sad I will never go again I paid £:7. and my car was not clean when I asked the person who was operating he said I can't do anything and give me example see your nose is clean from out side and ther is something in side I decided I never go again.

Quick service, but not 100% get cleaned

Been countless times as I’m a taxi driver and every time alloys never are clean or back windscreen still dirty and a few times I’ve paid for hd and ended up with a basic wash and a broken aerial as the blower goes to close to the roof and doesn’t acknowledge the aerial. Very rude operator literally thinks he’s working for free or acting like he’s doing community service so honestly I now go across the road green hand car wash Thornton road cheaper better and put tyre slick on and give you a free air freshener. Wouldn’t use imo again

Good customer service and 1£ for 4 minutes for vacuum and the prices are all affordable in the car wash 4.50£ to 18.00 and if you have the app you could get a discount 25% off and this car wash is the best of all in the uk
