Absoulte crap hand wash did not wash tyre properly and they were busy laughing and not paying attention also my ball joint start making grinding sound because the floor was broken waste of money never coming again they half asleep can't do their job properly.

Poor service poor staff A guy done my mini vallet in 2 minutes he didn't even use aircompracer, door not cleaned windows not clean even washing car was not that good mini vallet guy come and gone in 2 mints.

I recently visited shiny Hand Car Wash on thornton rd and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and my car came out looking spotless inside and out. I chose the deluxe package, which included an exterior wash, tire shine, interior vacuuming, and dashboard wipe-down—all done in under 20minutes. Pricing felt reasonable for the quality of service. What really stood out was their attention to detail—no streaks on the windows, and even the cup holders were clean. DONT WASTE UR MONEY. If I could give this place a minus 5, I would. The customer service is atrocious. I went in today to get my car washed, and I have been there many times before. I believe it has changed ownership, and the people who own it now do a terrible job. I would not recommend this place for a car wash or valet service, as they do a very poor job. They didn’t clean the inside of my car or polish the trims, even though I specifically asked them to. The guy at the garage got really rude and wasn’t willing to listen. He claimed he had cleaned the car, but I could see dirt all over and that nothing had been wiped down inside. When I pointed this out, he insisted that it had been cleaned. I would say go to any other valet; please do not waste your money here. They are not worth it.

If you want to get your car scratched, go to this place. Marks all over the bodywork, windows dirtier than before washing. Terrible experience

The worst car wash of all time goes to These guys! Whilst one of the guys was washing my vehicle I heard a bang just thought the jet wash whose hit body work, BUT later I had a look and there is a dent size of a 5p piece with a deep scratch in it! He’s hit it with Jet wash nose! Unfortunately my dashcam was off at the time or I would have took legal action….. Never do ought right these lot! Best thing for them is to close up and go! Save your self a headache and just go down to the imo or the other hand car wash below who have a lot more experience than theses waste of humans!
