IMO Car Wash

Decent car wash, does the job. Staff are very nice but prices have increased like mad, used to be £2 for a basic wash but is now £5. When you need a quick wash this is the place to go. Just simply drive in, turn the engine off and the automatic machine does the rest. Edit: prices went from £2 to £5 to £7 and now the basic wash costs almost £9 🥲

I’m honestly blown away by the service I received at IMO Car Wash! They carried out a full valet on my Toyota Avensis and the level of care and precision was next level. Every detail was handled so thoroughly — it genuinely looks and feels like a brand new car again. What really stood out though was the customer service. Husbands new car has a 60 cm scratch down the middle of his bonnet due to this car wash. Addressed with worker and manager. Told me cctv was broken, no customer service, appalling response to written complaint and even suggested that a cat or fox caused the scratch ( ridiculous). Going to cost £250.00 to fix. Avoid this car wash at all costs. Seems like this car wash causing damage and no accountability is a regular thing here!!!! Shocking.

Avoid! Scratched paint off front of my car. Very rude staff, told me it was there before which it wasn't.

Came today for a car wash with my partner. He couldn’t get the car on the thing that goes through it and the worker was so rude! He called my partner stupid because he couldn’t get the car on it. Overall bad customer service, bad experience won’t be coming again 😡. Also, the jet wash at the start before the automatic machine scratched the painting on the car! So disappointing.

Turned away by the owner at 3pm just because they wanted to close earlier. This happened multiple times in the past seems like it all depends on mood! If people don’t get like Tesco vouchers this place will definitely close down!
