Terrible, terrible service; they don't listen at all and keep asking for money while you're speaking. You wouldn't notice any difference between before and after.

Really bad experience. After the guy did a poor job, he asked me for tip.. They didn't do the interior nor the exterior properly. It was not even that busy, like if you have time why not care about the person and to a really good job. Also pretty expensive.

came for a mini valet (which is 18£) as my car needed hoovering and i just wanted a little clean of the outside. the man cleaning it said the floor was « too dirty » and it would be an extra 12£. in my opinion, an additional 12£ was absurd for hoovering you’d have to be doing regardless. is anybody taking their already spotless interior to a car wash? anyway, he demanded the 30£ because « it would take him an hour » and he « wanted to do a good job » which to be quite frank i do doubt considering my exterior windows were already still dirty at this point.over twice the minimum wage for a hoover and a car wash is honestly so ridiculous it’s comical. i also spotted other cleaners arguing with various other customers so i imagine it’s not a just me problem. probably just try star wash around the corner next time.

Great service

Gave them £25 for mini valet. My vehicle is still loaded with dust. They are just doing below minimum to get your money. Even tyres not properly cleaned. Inside still needs work. I will ignore them next time. Its better to go with others. I will definitely not recommend anyone to go here. Attaching picture for reference.

I visited there for the first time but absolutely rubbish , disappointed and disgusted , they don’t care about the cleaning and safety of Vehicles . Please don’t visit them

Rubbish , not going here again. They don’t know how to clean. Didn’t even both hoovering the middle compartment and wiping the seats down properly. Had to go home and do it myself!

Car was clean but unfortunately left with scratches all over now. They’re only small but there’s a few of them. Of course the don’t take responsibility/ liability for any damage done.

The guy was rude to me, very very poor service, I even complained he took a picture of my plate number, just because I complained to him he didn’t like how he washed my car, I then ask him why he took a picture of my number plate and his response was that he thought I didn’t want to pay, when clearly I was standing outside the car with my phone on my hand . How do u mean, I asked, I’m complaining of your service and you are taking a picture of my number plate thinking I wasn’t gonna pay £16? Really??. I left there very disappointed and my mood was messed up. I don’t recommend at all, poor poor poor service from this car wash.
