Black Rocks Valeting

Excellent job and very friendly. The car looked like new.

What can I say? I've been using Black Rocks Valeting for coming up to 2 years now. General clean inside and outside comes out a treat. Had two of my cars Ceramic Coated here and intend to do the same with my wife's car. Each time, it's been returned to me looking brand new. Couldn't be happier. Everyone here is extremely friendly and nice. They remember you if you are a regular. Neil, the owner, always asks me how work is, etc, and asks about plans to my cars, then gives me advice on local places for any work I may require. Sorry I never remember names, so I apologise for forgetting the other two people! Will be a shame in a couple of years if I move closer to my job!

I had my car washed here, Then I asked about spraying my wheels and callipers 🙃 I agreed to have it done, he said it would be about a week to have the work done. It took 2 weeks because of the poor paint job on the first set of wheels then around a week for the second coat as he wanted to put it right, as the first coat was terrible but that wasn't up to scratch, the 3rd coat was better but got told it was a two tone colour and it's definitely not👎and to top it off I had to take my car to the tyre shop to be re coded as he put my tyres on the wrong alloys which took the car shop over an hour to sort out and he picked the bill up for that, it didn't stop there he said to me he may have got spray on my break pads and discs, I had an MOT and had to have new discs and pads, the discs were changed because of wear but the pads were changed because of paint on them from having my alloys done here and they were not working properly, only on one side due to the paint on them 👎🤔 which again cost me. 👎👎👎He did polish my car excellent except it got a scratch on whilst in his care, he did in fairness take it back in and polished it out. He gave me good advice on buying polish for my car, and he is a nice guy, but I wouldn't recommend nor will I be going back I'm afraid.

Had full valet done on my Volvo V 90 today , 22nd July. Absolutely top class service and beautiful result.

Had my car washed there over the years and now had a ceramic coat on it and it looks beautiful, better than when I picked it up from the showroom. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone he takes so much pride in his work and is very knowledgeable about his profession.

First time i have ever used a valeting service and went to Black Rocks due to their reviews. The staff were approachable, friendly and very efficient. The car was presented to them in quite a poor condition - its usual parking place for the last 3 years being underneath trees and next to a high dry stone wall. The end result was a superb showroom condition car. The price was more that reasonable. Will be looking to book in regularly for mini valets. Delighted to say the least.

Fast and first class service

Took our year old very dirty Nissan Qashqai to Neil for a thorough valet inside /out! Looked like the car we had picked up from the Nissan showroom new a year earlier , and smelt new again with a quality air freshner hanging up ! Great work ! Plus Car was even picked up from our address and parked back up when done ! Won't hesitate to recommend you to others and will be happy to have you to valet any motors of ours again ! Thankyou ❤️
