Swinger Hand Car Wash

Great if you want a quick 10 minute outside clean for £10. Not great if you want scratches. Lesson learnt 😭 Edit: yes it was outside only clean (thank god), I thought my review was clear. I’ll amend it. But the work was rushed, rims still dirty, plenty of soap marks dried on the car (ran out of crevices) and I have plenty of scratches now. Here’s just one panel.

Very poor. I got out the car to have it cleaned inside and when I got back in to leave the driver's mat was missing. They had taken all 4 out to wash them and either stole one or put it back in a different car. Lots of social media comments about items going missing from cars and cars being scratched and damaged. Cowboys 🤠

I was wondering whether to write this review or not. However, after visiting their page and seeing that many of the reviews were very negative, I decided to share my own experience. They did not allow me to choose the cleaning package I wanted. Instead, they pressured me into taking the second option, which I paid for. Unfortunately, the cleaning quality was disappointing. I pointed out several areas that had not been cleaned properly and requested that they clean them again. After the cleaning was completed, I asked the staff for some footrest paper sheets. At first, they refused. Then they said they would provide them this time, but next time I would need to purchase the third or fourth cleaning package to receive them. In my experience, footrest paper sheets are commonly provided by many car wash companies after a wash, along with air fresheners or other complimentary items. I replied that I would not be returning anyway and would choose a different car wash rather than paying for a more expensive package. After that, the staff became rude. They asked me which country I was from, and I replied that I was from Nottingham, UK. They then asked if I was British. I asked why they wanted to know my personal details or ethnicity, but they continued to behave rudely. Overall, the staff were very rude, and the service was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Based on my experience, I can understand why many of the reviews are negative. To whoever manages this company: please ensure that your staff treat all customers equally, remain friendly and respectful, and focus on providing good customer service rather than only trying to upsell more expensive options.

Sadly... a poor quality in all honesty. Guys worked hard on it but something went wrong. Either dirty water or dirty exuipment or sponges...or not properly cleand... I dont know. Car was left with dirty spots on few parts of it. Not worth £35

I am a regular customer of this car wash from a transport industry got nearly 7 van which always use this car wash. I went for a car wash on a Saturday very busy day , just splashed soap and water didnot even scrub or wipe with hand. Told me to move it’s done , I asked why not cleaning probably. They were very rude to me , I will not send my drivers or myself will never use this again. One of the worst car wash in Hucknall. Please avoid. Thank you
