Would give it zero stars if I could. Pathetic service and very unprofessional staff. They are ripping people off in broad daylight by charging £28 for an inside and outside wash. Then they clean the cars like they are trash. They should be banned. Appalling service and unhygienic conditions. When you try talking with them they show attitude and pride. Would not recommend. People should stop using them so they realise what they're doing is unacceptable.

Definitely one of the worst…

The first time I went to this car wash they did a brilliant job! I paid £40 detailed clean in and out. Today I went and it was a rushed job, charged £18 (when it says £15) just to clean the outside (no it was not busy), they said they were to busy to do a deep clean inside… there were streaks all over the car and the windshield still had stains. I would not ever be going back! You can try your luck, especially if you aren’t a luxury vehicle!

Very poor quality of service I went there to do details wash and clean in my car they just did it like normal and charge full price after wash you can’t see any difference. Very poor service

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. My car was cleaned to a very high standard both inside and outside, and the result honestly exceeded my expectations. The staff worked efficiently and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had in Harrow, highly recommended and I’ll definitely be returning again.

I won’t recommend anyone to take the car there It says clearly £23 For a smaller car and then they forced you to pay £10 extra Plus, they don’t even clean it properly. I paid £33 and my car still Dirty 😡So please don’t waste your money

The worse car wash in Harrow. I will never go back again. They use lots of acid, burning the paint on the wheels and bumpers never clean the wheels, I had to wash again to a different car wash.

High prices for poor quality work. Multiple areas left dirty. Much better places nearby

what a joke, i paid for in and ou £28. (my car is a 75 plate with 700miles )i had too asked them to wash the wheels again and too hover the mats again, when i got home i then had to redo the wheels and the botton of the doors and the bootlid myself.would i recommended them NEVER

Took my car here a few days ago. Very BASIC clean. My car was still dripping wet. The female with glasses who hoovered, a child would have done a better job. Staff are unfriendly

I go to hand car washes very often and this was by far the worst job I have had.. windows smeared all over. Dripping dirty water marks down the sides of my car.. I won't be going back

Terrible service and staff, will never come back. Asked for inside and out clean, initially told my Kia Niro is a medium sized car, so priced accordingly. They then proceeded to clean the car, which i kept having to remind them they missed very obvious areas such as my doors, roof, seats and bumpers. Once done, they charged me more, claiming its a large car and rudely asked for me. After i also find they damaged my rims, potentially by using a highly acidic rim cleaner and now i will need to spend more than £100/200 getting this repaired. Not only will i never come back here, i will be claiming for the damages!

Worse car wash ever. Specifically asked for Signature wash. They barely touch the car then charge for top car wash. Windows not done inside, no leather clean, car still dirty round seals.

Pathetic service. The cleaning was not done properly and everything felt rushed, even though it was very quiet at the time. Very disappointing experience.
