Overcharged and misled — do your research before visiting I visited this car wash with my 2019 VW Tiguan 1.4 petrol and was told it was Volume 4. This is incorrect. The Tiguan’s official dimensions (4.486m × 1.648m × 1.839m) give a volume of 13.59m³, which clearly falls in Volume 3 (11.6m³ to 14.1m³) according to Waves’ own classification system. I verified this on the DVLA website. On top of that, the staff pushed me towards the Platinum package claiming there was some dirt on the mats and that I needed it for a better interior clean. This is also misleading — if you check Waves’ own website, Gold already includes the interior vacuum, dashboard clean and glass polish. A bit of dirt on the mats is exactly what a vacuum is for, and Gold includes that. Platinum’s only upgrade over Gold is a better exterior wax. It does absolutely nothing extra for the interior. By wrongly classifying my car as Volume 4 AND pushing the unnecessary Platinum package, they were trying to charge me £60 — when the correct price for my car should have been £35 (Gold, Volume 3). That’s £25 extra based on misinformation. In my opinion, £35 already covers everything you’d need for a thorough clean. Before visiting, I’d strongly recommend checking your car’s volume yourself using Waves’ size classification tool on their website, and reading exactly what each package includes. Don’t let them upsell you based on false information.

Do not come here for FULL VALET/MONTY. They don't do proper job. Using 1/pcs of cleaning cloth for entire car Inteiror and exterior. Their full valet is like normal wash in other places. Don't waste your money and time!
