My experience at Waves Car Wash Yiewsley was utterly disappointing and disheartening, with every detail of my visit painting a picture of incompetence and unprofessionalism. Upon my arrival at 10 am, I was given a time frame of 30-40 minutes for my car to be serviced, with the assurance that it would be next in line. The attendant initially quoted me a price of £35, but upon noticing the absence of this charge on the board, he swiftly reduced it to £30 without offering any explanation. After being told to expect a half-hour to forty-minute wait, I decided to use the time to run errands at Tesco. However, when I returned at 10:50 am, my car remained untouched, causing me to extend my errand slightly longer out of caution due to previous experiences. To my dismay, upon exiting the store, I found my car parked on the side, still awaiting service. It became evident that they had prioritized other customers over me, likely because I wasn't actively monitoring their progress. When I approached the staff to inquire about my car's status and to settle the bill, I was met with blatant disregard and hostility. One employee even raised his voice and shouted at me, insisting that my car wasn't ready and accusing me of causing trouble. This unwarranted outburst left me feeling shocked and humiliated, especially considering that I had done nothing to provoke it. As if the poor treatment wasn't enough, I also witnessed one of the employees driving recklessly with other customers' cars, displaying a complete lack of regard for safety and professionalism. In addition, amidst this distressing situation, another customer noticed my visibly upset state and kindly inquired if I was okay, as I was on the verge of tears due to the appalling treatment I received. In summary, my experience at Waves Car Wash Yiewsley was marred by inconsistencies in pricing, unfulfilled promises regarding service time, disrespectful and hostile behavior from staff, and blatant disregard for customer safety. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment unless they enjoy being mistreated and subjected to subpar service. Please review all the low stars before using them, all the higher ones have the same names/last names. I'm absolutely horrified

Excellent service from Waves Car Wash! The staff were friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My car was cleaned to a very high standard, both inside and out, and it looked like new when they finished. The team worked efficiently and provided great value for money. I would highly recommend Waves Car Wash to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality car wash service.

Very disappointed with my experience. The loose change I had left in my car was missing after the wash. It doesn’t matter whether the amount was large or small taking money that doesn’t belong to you is unacceptable. This has completely damaged my trust, and I would advise others not to leave any valuables or cash in their vehicles. But the car wash service was good.

Always had a positive experience here, car is washed promptly and to a good standard. Staff are friendly and will answer any questions.

It is a nice Saturday outside, I decided to wash the car and guess what, they still noy open, sitting amd waiting while they will open... Very unreliable team. Rickmansworth team much better... Now is 10.05 am I am waiting since 9.20 am

The best car wash in town! It’s not fast but it’s thorough. They clean every aspect of the car, so go and grab a coffee from the Costa and be patient for the best experience!

The manager is extremely disrespectful, the prices are very high, and the work is terrible; he doesn't know how to do his job.

Treated my car with complete disregard. Despite my request not to jet wash the convertible top, they still did. The leather seats were completely neglected, and slammed the doors and boot. It was clear that they had no respect for my car.

Man has a real attitude problem avoid at all costs, could be quite intimidating if a loan female.

Damaged my car paint all across boot and side panel of my car.also slight ctack on head light the way the slam your boot and car doors..dont use this place will you a fortune to repair

I visited to inquire about car wash for my car, but the manager initially walked away without responding. When he returned later, he was extremely rude and dismissive, rushing off again without properly addressing my question. Due to this poor customer service experience, I will not be using their services in the future. I hope they take the necessary steps to improve their customer interactions and professionalism. I would give it zero stars if I could.

OBSERVATION. OF USE. . AM Time line. Date .11.11.2024.... WASH observation.. CAR WASH. clean and a effecent effect atmosphere. All current staff members are professional with careful consideration to their individual post requirements. The long term staff are a very efficient and effective team members, even the new staff that are under a training program, appear to be very willing to achieve to the car wash standards of progression ratings... Overall findings.. 8 out of 10...only negative observe can be when very busy there is a tendency to smear the car windows, however this can be remedied by bringing it to their attention and it's quickly resolved... Very rude manager who’s always trying to scam you by quoting stupid prices. Told me to go to different car wash when I questioned his ridiculous price! Workers are friendly but manager looks like is very controlling and they are told to do a rushed service. Manager needs to learn customer service!
