Station Hand Car Wash

Visited station hand car, wash today. Not very impressed, charged me 15 pounds. Just for outside, normally, you can get that done in and out. They rushed to wash my car, had to get my car washed again from another place. Would not Recommend when busy. only reason given one star is because they've got most of their dirt off my car

Paid £25 for a full inside and outside clean, but the service was disappointing. There were still visible food particles and marks left on the seats, which I was able to wipe off easily myself at home. For the price paid, I expected a much more thorough job. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I went to this car wash with my small van, but when they told me it would be £20 just for an outside wash, I decided not to go ahead and left. I felt the price was overpriced. Please think carefully before visiting and consider your time and money. I would not recommend them.

If you want to ruin your day, go there. Otherwise, stay as far away as possible. Worst car wash in the world. Overpriced. I had to micromanage the staff to make sure they did their job properly, but they still left so much untouched. Worst service and terrible customer service.

Absolute joke! Third-class service for £30. Their pricing and signage are misleading. They class a family 5-seater (a BYD Atto 3) as a "large car" – how is that considered a large car? Then they decide to overcharge based on their own interpretation. I could have accepted the higher price if the service had been good, but the whole clean took less than 10 minutes. The interior was still dusty, and they didn't even move the booster seat to vacuum underneath it. That's just common sense, especially when you're charging £30. This is easily the most expensive car wash in the area, with nothing to justify the extra cost. It doesn't seem like they've learned from previous complaints either. On a warm, sunny day the place was completely empty, and I was the only customer. As someone who's new to the area, I only went because it was the closest. Next time, I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes to my regular car wash, where I pay £18 and receive a far better service. If you do decide to go here, make sure you ask for the price before they start. Otherwise, don't be surprised if they decide to charge you more at the end.

Just paid £30 for car wash and car still filthy

Used to be decent, but now it’s just overpriced. A wash and dry for a small car jumped from £10 to £15, yet the cleaning quality stayed exactly the same. Two stars only because they take card payments.

Picking up rubbish after them, they don’t wipe seats, what’s the point of an inside clean if they don’t even wipe seats, if you say something “oh the clean is not done” which is an excuse. Won’t be coming back and avoid, much better car washes around. No wonder it was empty. Worst service ever, if you tell them not to touch something they will touch it. I would rather give 0 stars

Good service but women manager is not good she is very rude behave to all the people and she speaks very lie. Yesterday I was come to carwash and wash my van here she was too much rude behave with me and boss was supported I don't know why I was never come again here . Verz disrespectful guys for me .

Really poor service and very expensive £30 for in out never visited this place again

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hand car wash. The service was careless and rushed, and the results were nowhere near acceptable. There were still visible dirt marks and streaks on the body, and the interior looked like it had barely been touched. It honestly felt like no attention to detail was given at all. On top of that, the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. When I pointed out the issues, they were dismissive instead of trying to fix the problem. To make matters worse, they charged me £30 for the wash, which is completely unreasonable considering the poor quality of service provided. For the price charged, I expected at least a basic level of quality and customer care, but this place failed on both counts. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone looking for a proper clean or decent service. There are definitely better options out there.

Been using for years and will continue to use their services.Excellent Service and very reasonable prices.

Had to do the outside Windows again when I got home, not dried properly so loads of water streaks and the tyre wall shine wasn't applied or it's very mediocre. Other than that the wash was okay.

Outstanding service highly recommend

The shitty service I have never seen it I always use car wash because I am a driver but the service they give I didn’t want to make my day bad. I just give the money they charge me double and even my car was not clean. I just give them money and go. I never gonna go there again.
