I had my car cleaned here (inside and out) and paid around £80–£85. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the service. There were still visible marks on the front windscreen, the rear window, and inside the boot. The areas around the front seats also hadn’t been cleaned properly. Overall, it felt like the job was rushed and didn’t meet the standard I expected for the price. I expected a much more thorough clean, especially after paying a premium price. Sadly, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this service based on my experience. Edited & updated after Ruby’s Car Wash replied to my review… Thank you for your reply. If it helps, my visit was last Wednesday in the morning. The car was a white 2015 imported Toyota Prius. Please check your CCTV if you’re unsure. I have absolutely no reason to bring down your business, and this is not a fake account. I simply shared my genuine experience as a paying customer. Rather than accusing customers of leaving fake reviews, it would be more professional to investigate the matter, speak to your staff, and review what happened. Every business can receive criticism, and how you respond to it says a lot about your customer service. I stand by my review because it reflects the condition in which I received my car. Constructive feedback is an opportunity to improve, not something to dismiss by accusing customers of being fake.

Left products on my car too long till they dried and have stained the chrome. Half-done job on the internals, seemed annoyed when asked to finish the job. Mirrors and some areas of windows not finished. Disappointing.

Had my car washed here today for the first time, inside and outside , very satisfied with the outcome. They even gave a free scent with the car wash. Overall would 100% recommend for anyone who’s looking to have their car washed for a good price and very good service.

The guys work very hard and look after the car. The best I have ever used.

my car has never been so clean lol, they got every inch of dirt out, despite being busy they still attended to me and the guys were very polite and helpful this place is a hidden gem!!

Unfortunately i cannot recommend this place , it was my first time today as i was in the area & needed my car washed. For a first timer the organisation of the queue unfortunately was not clear (there is another review of this & i definitely agree with it ) after this i was then welcomed (if you can call it that) by a rude staff member, that thinks its okay to start washing peoples vehicles (including mine) without asking what service & confirming the cost (because frankly the cost sign isnt clear either) surely this system isnt good for business? But after looking on the reviews & the responses, I can see where and why the staff get away with the rudeness, which is why i wont be back or giving any organisation money that thinks this sort of behaviour is okay

The pricing is quite confusing, the last two times I was charged £14 just for outside but today I was charged £12. The service is ok, It’s better than others I have been to. Im just confused to what I should be paying which is why I gave 3 stars.

Been there over many years. Recently below average job, poor attention to detail. Water dripping on boot door and seams. Floor mats not repositioned properly, boot shelf cords not re-hooked. Still some stain on window frames, dust on inside trim. No quality control from whoever is in charge there. Not WFM with those prices. Someone should check the work before returning to the customer.

This was my first visit and to be honest, I can't fault it. Good value for money and despite the queue, very quick service and friendly staff. I will visit again.

Really fantastic service, our car was a mess from 2 kids and a dog and the team at Ruby’s did a brilliant job of cleaning the car inside and out. It’s pristine and they are so reasonably priced. Thank you so much

I would recommend but today they lost custom because their oversight is to not clearly show signs how to queue for the wash when it’s crowded . Some guy tried to communicate to back up but wasnt specific enough so It took me a minute to finally understand by looking behind but as he washes a car , he openly shakes his head disapprovingly when I honestly needed a minute. Please train your staff to have better communication and customer service. It’s a shame as I prefer this place over another local wash but what i am not going to accept is grown adults treating other adults like children. Put signs up and treat customers with patience and respect please. God forbid anyway with disabilities or who àre vulnerable go here if you don’t have the basic common sense to be kind to people who just need a bit of respect ànd guidance. Out of principle I left the queue as I felt uncomfortable.

Excellent service overall. Unfortunately, our experience at the till was less positive, as we felt some pressure when we didn’t have cash. There was no clear information displayed regarding pricing or accepted payment methods (cash vs card), which made the situation a bit uncomfortable. That said, it’s a real shame because the service itself is otherwise excellent :-)

Always good service for a fair price. I’ve been reading a lot of the reviews where they say the inside clean is not perfect and take pictures of small dust and some dirt here and there. For me - I’m paying £25 pounds and they provide a £25 pound service. Anyone who expects anything more should go to a different car wash. They have even helped buffed some small scratches on my car for free. If you ask them where they missed a spot they’ll do it.
