Esso Hexagon & Subway

I went to wash the car and I hit an endless queue of 14 cars, I said to wait, in the meantime I went to pay inside to wash the car. There I asked how to wash it I was advised to pay £ 10 I said it is too expensive not having enough money I chose the option with £ 6, the gentleman from the till did not give me any details about how to wash the car and each option that includes, moreover, not even on the panels is specified exactly each option that includes in the price of 6 £. I waited for the whole queue to end, it took about 1 hour and after that it was my turn, I put the code and that's it. I entered my car was washed only once in a maximum of 3 minutes after which I waited for it to be dried up but but nothing else happen.I was invited to leave because that was all that I paid for, apparently.It is not normal for something like this not to dry the car after washing? I've never been so ashamed in my life. The staff is very unprepared and bored without a little compassion for the client, totally unprepared. Communication 0 to the client. So much disappointed, staff needs to be well prepared to work with customers and panels that shows exaclty every each option what includes. 1 star way too much

Charging nearly £5 for a redbull...madness

Went to use the jet wash here and ended up waiting a really long time because it was a nice day and loads of people were queuing. Then I got a parking charge for overstaying. Tried to appeal but they rejected it. Honestly feels like a scam – punishing people just for waiting their turn. Won’t be coming back.

Myself and my friend was off out in her car and the engine oil light come on we went to the garage to get oil my friends my panicked and one of the colleagues named Sabad offered and came out and helped us what a great and helpful man thank you so much SaBad

Popped in to use the loo ,would have been better going in to the next garage.my advice,put your fuel in the car buy anything else that you may need but avoid the toilet,to say it was disgusting is an understatement,would not recommend using them that's for sure,no loo roll ,plenty of staff standing around laughing and not working,when approached and informed them that the loo needed cleaning and some toilet rolls needed they just shrugged their shoulders.No hope .

Do not use the car wash… I selected and paid for a 8.99 wash but I was charged 10.99 for the most expensive platinum wash … a real scam !! I have reported this to NYA Motor Fuel who manage the car wash.

This one petrol station It's no longer BP, now it is ESSO.

I we t to pick parcel a small subway coffee n food is inside. Place is laid out neatly and 2 people are at the esso tills. Yes it's changed from bp to esso. Staff are friendly and helpful. And it's got a nice selection of snacks that are just too tempting. Plenty of parking outside including charging bays for electric vehicles and parking for those looking to dine in for a boost. There is also a car wash on site.

Its eat outo to help on the door and i paid full price. When i asked for receipt suddenly receipt printer didnt work. One star is to much.
