****DISGUSTED**** I went to get my car cleaned yesterday, and unfortunately, the experience was terrible. After the wash, the tow hook panel on my car was handed to me broken. While the guys doing the cleaning were apologetic and nice about it, the man at the payment counter was incredibly rude. He outright claimed the panel was already broken before the wash, even though it wasn’t. I told him I had driven through bumps and hadn’t come off, if it was broken already it would have. Despite this, he refused to take any responsibility, saying their pressure washer couldn’t have caused the damage. I was calm about it and politely requested at least a small discount for the damage, but he rudely shouted that their prices were already low and didn’t even offer a single pound off. His attitude was shocking and unacceptable. Adding to the frustration, their attention to detail was poor. My windows were still dirty after the wash, as shown in the attached photo. This place doesn’t take care of your car or their customers. I won’t be coming back, and I advise others to be careful with their services. Disappointing and disgusting service overall. Avoid at all costs!

Prices openly advertised on two boards but when it came to pay they tried to charge £40 instead of the £30 listed. Ripoff merchants. Very unpleasant experience.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED FROM HERE! Left scratches on the bonnet and now will not own up to it. Disgusting service and the guy spoke very rudely

Scammerw alert. I took my Nissan leaf - a hatchback for a mini valet wash. Ot clearly mentioned on the price board as £30. This guy said this is a large car. We charge £30 for a Mercedes C class but £35 for Nissan hatchback. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and these bunch of crooks have shown their real face. Shame on you.

this company intended to steal my car, the story is long for the details I am at your disposal, so never leave the car key at the car wash.

They did not clean the car thoroughly. We had to ask for the car mats to be cleaned again as a white sticky gel was rubbed across them. We asked the guy who cleaned it and he said he can't do much about it. We then went to his manager who then cleaned it. There was also water marks left across both left and right sides of the vehicle. Raw product was also dripping and was not wiped or dried. We paid for an inside and out and the door handles on the outside were not cleaned. The man then said you should specify that and started shouting at us. It was ridiculous because we paid for an inside and out. NEVER GOING BACK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. a black ranger came in after us and the guys were hopping on the door trims to try and reach the top. Very unprofessional. I would never leave my car with them again.

Not the best considering how much they charge and how long it takes. - They didn't bother to lift the wipers so as soon as you use them, the black grime is smeared across the glass again. - Brake dust remover isn't used like at other car washes. - It's only one person working on the car so you'll have to wait a long time. Most of this is spent drying the car with an old rag (in the rain...) - I had to go home and clean the glass myself because their dirty rag they used for drying left distracting smudges on my windows and side mirrors.

Wash a rush job. They are expensive and too concerned about money than doing an efficient job. Refused to wipe a mark on back seat without charging an extra 8 pound!!!

Have been going since I got my first car. Very friendly service and never give me a chance to complain.

Apart from telling them they missed a few spots, they do a good job and are quite friendly. Didn't feel rushed.
