Don't use this place! I asked him how much for a car wash, he saw a 4x4 and said £20, so I was like that's expensive so he charged it to £15 for just outside. Can't even take off some bird pooh. Apparently I have to pay for a polish, he thinks I'm an idiot. All it takes is a little extra scrubbing. Dishonest people don't tend to last in business.

When I arrived I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour to have my car cleaned. I parked where they instructed, gave them my keys waited in the Starbucks across for an hour. Came back to collect my clean car and they had forgotten about it - was still in the same spot I left it. I was told they were really busy when they had clearly forgotten. Mistakes happen but even more annoying that after waiting again for another 45 minutes for them to clean it I came back after they had now cleaned it and it was still filthy. I had to leave with a dirty car because after 1 hours and 45 minutes I didn't have any more time to spare. Also the price I was quoted wasn't on their price menu so they must have plucked it out of thin air

Stay away, prices on website are completely different to real life, seems like they just make it up on the spot. Quoted £15 for an exterior only, where the website says £10. Denied a blue light discount (-20%) even though I was there on a Monday when the discount applies. My car had fresh white scratches and marks on it after the wash, seems like the sponges are dirty and scratch paintwork. Go to Ashford Tesco down the road, way better treatment and cheaper prices.

The wash is good but the manager charged my Citroen C3 as volume 3 even after I pointed out to him that their own app said it was volume 2. He bought out his tab and was showing me how he couldn't change it to volume 2 even though I could clearly see he was tapping on volume 3. Dude if I can go on your app and find out you're overcharging me I can definitely see that you're tapping volume 3 while I'm looking at the screen. We're not dumb. I've been a loyal customer to them for 4 years now and have gone through numerous loyalty cards but this time I didn't even bother getting a stamp on the one I had and tossed the new one that he gave me in the bin. Never going there again.

The team is very good at what they do; the car is very clean, both inside and out. It's rare nowadays to find a car wash service that will do the job well rather than use strong scents to give the impression that the car is clean.

£30 for an inside and outside on a Jag XE. Happy with the results, feels great on the inside and shiny on the outside. I’ll be back.

Overpriced!

Over the years I have used many hand car washes in my area this one has to be the best, my car only had a basic outside wash and dry. Great guys who do not rush a job, competitive price. The wash is located in a Tesco car park so it can get very busy, try going there in the mornings early as possible.👍👍

Booked car wash for 14.00 arrived at 13.55 . Handed keys to manager who acknowledged my booking. There were cars being cleaned and more arriving asking prices, etc. Went to do my shopping and came back at 14.35 and my car was still parked where I had left it. I asked for my keys to take my car and leave The manager said I was next as it was very busy ! I pointed out cars that arrived after me were being cleaned and I had booked for 2 pm he said I should have been here earlier ? I commented on what’s the point of booking if you cannot do the job if you are too busy or over booked. I will not be going here again

Very good car wash service 10/10

Paid £60. Insisted I paid cash too. Car still has dust marks on windows and body work. I had to return after refueling as for £60 apprently couldn't be bothered to open fuel cap. Was rushed.. inside looked good but it better with the stuff they used. But exterior alot missed.

Really bad won't recommend should've used Tesco jet wash across. Paid £45 but only received bad service. Lesson learned just do it yourself you'll be more happy.

Excellent service, very professional. I would highly recommend this carwash to others. Have seen a massive improvement under the new management.
