I only got a 1 which is the basic wash and was really good for the price only £10 and they did a very good job service was very good too very polite lads would reccomend 100%

We had a very bad experience here. Car mats are disappeared after the car washed, I wasn’t noticed as I am with two boys at that time. Called after 20 minutes after we noticed that, They said they were there and will keep them for us, we went back the same day before they closed and they said it’s gone. Their first reaction in the phone call was not impressed they said”oh yes you forgot about it”. I was wondering if it’s their job to put everything back. Very disappointed for the service, we are now left without car mats and they are not wiling to provide another set for us to compensate. There are still a few car wash company nearby so definitely won’t recommend this one. For your car safety, please don’t go.

Great experience at Porchester Hand Car Wash! The service was excellent from start to finish. I was in a bit of a rush, and they immediately made it a priority, getting a few guys working on my car at the same time to handle both the inside and outside. The result was a really thorough clean, done quickly without cutting corners. The team were friendly, polite, and everything was done with a smile. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others and will be returning again!

I’ve been going here for a few years and agree it’s not always spotlessly clean, but it’s fine for the price. I went on Saturday and they damaged my paintwork around the windscreen and wing mirror so won’t be going again.

These guys did a really good job on my car today. It hadn’t been done in a while so the dog hair in the boot was pretty bad but it looked great after. I’d been putting off having my car cleaned because I have a baby and I didn’t want to have to wait outside in the cold weather while the inside was being done, but found out when I went today that they actually have a new little kiosk to wait in which was super clean, bonus. Also he didn’t want me to put my muddy pram wheels straight into my newly clean boot so he cleaned those for me too! Thanks again.

Usually ok, but did a terrible job on my last visit. I ended up going home and rewashing the car to get dirt off around wheels and rocker panels. Will be going elsewhere in future

All the staff were very nice and efficient! They went above and beyond to do a good job, leaving my car spotless and even checking my tyre pressure for me.

Went here when my regular place was closed. Spacious hand car wash with lots of friendly staff and no waiting. My car had been parked for over a month in an area with a lot of sea gulls, so it was in a terrible state! The guys worked really hard on getting it clean and even re-washed it (without me asking) when there were still some marks left. They didn't want any extra money for the re-wash, but obviously I insisted that they take more than the £10 charge. I will definitely go here in future, highly recommended.

I’ve been using Porchester Car Wash regularly and I’m always impressed with the quality of their service. The team is extremely thorough and pays great attention to detail, making sure the vehicle is spotless inside and out. They use high quality cleaning products – the tyre shine they use actually lasts, unlike most places! You can tell they take pride in their work. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a proper, professional car wash.

I been couple of times on this car wash , every time they didn’t do their job very well , very poor service, rude behaviour with customer, no ethics, they just making money , they don’t care about customer, not setisfied very disappointed..👎👎👎
