I had booked them to valet my car but they didn’t bother to turn up or give me a call. Waited in all morning for them, absolute waste of time don’t bother with them.

I required 2 vans to be fully valeted. I contacted Northwest Valeting, price was agreed and an appointment was booked. I followed this up via text and all was set. On the day and time of the valet, there was no sign of Northwest Valeting. I rung several times and there was no answer. I finally had a call back from them. They apologised as they had booked it in there diary wrongly. They said that they could get to the vans done the following day. I said that I would get back to them in 5 minutes and let them know. 5 minutes later I rang back to confirm that it was all fine. Again no answer. I followed up in a text and still to this date had no reply. Not great to deal with and communication is very poor, and unreliable.

Noticed your van on the east lancs tonight and considered using your services, however the driver then threw litter out of the window on 2 occasions. Poor attitude to have and clearly not concerned about the image of the business.
