Extremely concerning experience. I personally witnessed other customers being allowed to pay by card, yet when it came to my transaction I was told I had to pay cash despite a visible card machine being present. No clear explanation was provided for the inconsistent treatment. This felt unfair, arbitrary, and completely unacceptable. If a business offers card payments, the policy should be transparent and applied consistently to every customer. Picking and choosing who can pay by card is not acceptable customer service. If you experience the same thing I would recommend that you report it.

The prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down,i asked foa a wash today change me £7 it dried streaky and they didn't even wash the wheel arches i won't be going again

Price gone up to £10 after only a few weeks, and this does not include door shuts anymore. I got the car home, and was shocked how dirty the car was after the £10 wash, dry and tyres. After a few years the of using this car wash, from now on I will be cleaning the car myself. Extremely disappointed.

Shit car wash. Don’t waste your time. Asked for wash and dry, initially said ok, after crap wash said too busy to dry. Seen others pay with card, says only take cash. Told him no cash, “next time cash only”. Next time I’m not coming round. 👎💩

The owner is so rude and disrespectful he doesn’t know how to speak with the customers they always rushing and job is half done I will not recommend + they are better car wash and cheaper.

Excellent service every time

We use this car wash regularly and have always been very pleased with the people there and how well they wash the car, this morning we went and our car is a VW t-cross, the guy asked what we wanted and we asked for the £7.00 wash, this had gone up from £6.00 but we were fine about that as it's excellent service, the guy said " no it's £8.00 as a large car! It is not it is classed as a small SUV and much smaller than the car we had before and even then that was only £6.00. I said it's not a large car, he just said ok! When the car was done I spoke to another member of staff who apologised and said the guy was new! Now it's not about the money, we pay what the rate is, it's how many more people will fall for this? If they really thought our car was big they would have been adamant, but they just said ok! It's annoyed me that I will not use this car wash again as I don't trust them now, what a shame.

Did a wash and go,quick service but, found loads of soapy residue all over the car.
