IMO Car Wash

Place is great and affordable; lots of improvements have been made since the last review. Friendly folks, and the car comes out looking good. Highly recommend the HD wash—friendly staff and manager. Sign up and get good discounts from the app. Oh, they have additional services to clean your vehicle manually, which includes air fresheners. Be careful not to go through the thoroughfare to your right when coming out of the car wash due to new restrictions with fines. Still going strong! Great location

Unfortunately the carwash broke down! They offerd a voucher for next time but I needed it washed the same day.

I've had my car washed here before, in the mornings, afternoons and early evenings. Also in the winter and summer time. On one of the occasions, tiny stones the size of hailstones dropped on my windscreen whilst driving through. I complained but nothing was done. Today 30 June 2026, I drove through again but when washing was done, I was left with more dirt on the car than when I brought it in - body of car was full of streaks of marks all over, needing me to wet a soft cloth trying to clean the streaks which was already drying fast because of the sun. Unfortunately the streaks couldn't all be removed. I think IMO went for cheap cleaning fluid. IMO Car Wash!!! Do something about your business! Invest in your business. You don't make profit at the expense of your customers trust in you!

I went for a car wash on the morning of 27th June. I paid extra for a mini valet with diamond wax — which normally costs more than the standard service. I’m not sure exactly what work they carried out, but the car is still dirty. I really don’t understand why they call it a ‘mini valet’ when they seem to do only the absolute bare minimum. Even after pointing out some of the issue, they didn’t bother cleaning it and rushed the work. I’m very disappointed with the result.

I can see so many bad reviews. But it works for me . Just use the cheapest one for outside cash . If your car is too dirty, do not use . Better go to Hans car wash . Ooh valet , rain proof these do not work . Just quick outside cash ,,😉

Absolutely brilliant service at IMO Car Wash. The staff were friendly, professional, and worked really hard to make my car look spotless. They paid attention to the small details and the whole process was quick and smooth. My car looked fresh inside and out once they finished. Great value for money and very convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a fast and high quality car wash.

Paid for one of the highest grades of external washes. Didn't even get the bugs off my windscreen. Some bird droppings half left even thought I could see the man with the pressure hose in that area. Cobwebs on wing mirrors still. I would have had a better job from a good downpour. Pathetic. Will never use again!

No roof railings accepted. Unfortunately I used a pre paid and now I am going through painful refund process. I wish I knew about it earlier. I must admit to use that car wash before and I was pleased, good business but not for me anymore😟

£12 for a under 2 minute wash that doesn't even moisten the dirt on my bonnet. Save your money and go to a "Tiger wash" where you get a full 5-6mins proper clean!
