ICC Car Wash

I asked for the GOLD £25 valet. He replied it’s £30. But it’s says £25 on the price board? Yes, but your car is dirty. Yeah, I know that’s why I’m here to get it cleaned - so, is it £25 for clean cars and £30 for dirty ones. He replied don’t waste my time !! So I left. He came across aggressive and rude. Maybe he was having a bad day, I wasn’t impressed.

Full valet done on my filthy car full of dog hair. Fantastic job - car is like new. 1 year update - My car was disgusting again but like new when finished. The guys do an incredible job. Each time I have told them not to worry about removing all the dog hair because it's impossible to get out but they have somehow managed it. They work so hard. Thank you!

Took my car in for the first time today. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and when I picked the car up it looked brand new. Certainly couldn’t have asked for more

Never trust this establishment with your car. I went in for an exterior wash, and whatever corrosive chemical they’re using to give the car a ‘shiny look’ completely destroyed the trims with noticeable discoloration. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

I cannot fault this car cleaning service. I have been twice now & would not use anywhere else. They are very professional and do an excellent job. They also do my daughters car (picasso). Thank you

Scratches on my car afterwash - seemingly from contamination in their mitts/fabric materials. They immediately refused any accountability, and were not very helpful. Learnt my lesson. Only using specialist detailers going forward, especially if you have a car with special paint

Really disappointed with my car wash today. Inside vacuum was good but the outside was terrible, not cleaned properly, dust and dirt marks still on car door after paying £40 (gave a £5 tip) plus there was a bag of beef jerky snacks inside (I know they were under the seat in the front left from a road trip 2 days ago) and they were missing. Almost full bag of expensive snacks. Def will not be using them again!

Huge fan - Platinum car wash on the XC40. Didn’t overcharge me (I assumed it was the £55 bracket, but they were honest and told me it was the £50 option). And car has never looked cleaner - even the interior & exterior plastics were treated to make them look darker / like new. Looking forward to testing out the Full Valet on the bigger car next!

The best car wash ever! Came in for a full valet service and they did such an amazing job! Made my car look like it just came out of the showroom! Top tier customer service, very polite and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% happy with the car! I will be back and would definitely recommend to my friends and family!!
