Waves Hand Car Wash New Malden

They say they are open 7 days a week?. Got there Saturday midday and not a sole around. I used to go here a lot but the prices have increased a lot since I was last back. Headed over to Lucas Car wash nearby hand wash just off the A3 and had an amazing inside and out car clean! Way better value too! UPDATE: I haven't been back to waves since this review, I continue to go to Lucas Car Wash.

Ok wash and clean but too overpriced. Stopped using for that reason.

Tim was wonderful. As were the others. Fab clean car.

£40 for a small hatchback, inside and out. Yet here I am vacuuming bits from seat creases and mats. Pretty superficial delivery.

This hand car wash is top notch. The staff are hard working, friendly and professional. I always drive away satisfied and I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The workers at the car wash are not honest. It’s my third time in 6 months that whenever I go for car was they will come and ask only outside and when I tell them I have to do inside and outside they straight away say £40 pounds. £40 pounds for a saloon car in New Malden area are you crazy or ripping of customers. Even in central London we don’t pay £40 to wash a saloon car.

Stopped in today for a quick wash while refuelling. £15 felt reasonable at first glance, but the results were underwhelming.It’s a fully automatic drive-through: no staff open the doors, no one dries the sills, mirrors, or door shuts, and the tyres are left untouched. You drive out dripping and half-streaked.For the same £15 (or less), nearby Boni’s or L&V offer proper hand-finished washes: doors opened, sills dried, tyres blacked, and a much cleaner finish overall.Verdict: Convenient location, but poor value and mediocre results. Skip this one and head to Boni’s or L&V instead – your car will thank you.

So overpriced. They make up charges as they go and nothing like advertised. Appalling service and rude. Avoid at all and any costs

I don’t understand why there are any bad reviews at all. This is the best car wash in Surrey, they are so quick - literally 8 people working on the car at once with immense attention to deal. In and out 10-15mins tops outside & inside. Not only that but consistently for the last 7 years. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been coming here for years. I drive expensive cars and would not trust any other in the area. Tried and tested. By far the best and excellent value for money. I drive away with no issues. Hard working. Professional. Friendly.

The price you pay is far not worth it at all. They make up the prices as they go. Do not go here and go to another.
