Would give it a 5 star for the prices, but their scamming ways to charge people if you go over 30 minutes mark is a bit of a joke! 30 mins to wash the car dry it and then clean inside by yourself is not enough time to do in a limited amount of time. Yet EV cars gets 90 mins to park in their just to charge their cars. Not really fair but I guess they're obviously not making any money from the self service wash so they need another way to charge people money. Just a piece of mind for anyone going there be aware it's a £60 fine if you go over the 30mins and pay it within 14 days, but £100 if you go over the 14 days! Hope this is helpful abd the owner of the place reconsider amending the time limits to at least 90 mins to give a fair time for people who do rely on those self service car wash.

One of three machines was not working - this happens often Queues but not much room on site for the queue. Street gets blocked up with the queue. Power foam alone didn't clean the car very well, still needed to scrub it.

Vacuum broken, not evidence left

I got issued a ticket when I was not even parked in the electric bay. The land has limited space so you have to move for cars to come in and out of the car wash. I was issued a ticket with an unclear image, but due to poor health at present I can’t be asked to argue it further. I hope the charge was worth losing a lifetime worth of business from my peers and I!

A completely disappointing car wash. The cash withdrawal system never gave errors, but the washing system always has something wrong with it. Worse than that, is that you have no one to talk to face to show them the problems.

I like the idea of self service car washes. Prices are good and I like to wash the car myself with their equipment. Couple of issues here. The site is a bit small, so if it's busy, lots of manoeuvres required to avoid other cars. On this visit, the foam gun was not working properly. Not sure if it required filling up or if there was a problem with the nozzle. The hoses were all tangled too. I will return again to see if I have a better experience.

Beware of fines. I washed my car and the site was full of cars so had to park in an electric charging bay to wipe down the car. Ended up getting a parking ticket through post saying parked in an electric bay for 11 mins. The place was packed with cars and didn't literally have any space to park and wipe down 2 others were also using the electric parking bays and obviously if someone came to charge their car I would have moved off. And if you want to dispute the fine it says you'll not be able to pay the reduced fine in that case. Just save some money and use a different car wash nearby.

beware. as the so-called Euro Car Parks operates in this area. which is only looking for opportunities to give you a PENALTY while you are waiting in line for a car wash, and they don't care about your explanations. this is the second time I have had this with them (honestly it looks like legalized money extortion, anyone who has been in the parking lot while visiting McDonald's near Gatwick Airport will understand) )

Good set up for a quick car wash

Great idea but one of the 3 bays was out of action and so the wait was too long ( prob waiting 30 mins). Might as well wash it myself

Good facility, however the water spraying time is too short or expensive.
