Really poor job and had to wait an hour and a quarter after they told me it would be ready. Sloppy job - haven't even wiped obvious mud off the interior plastic, the vacuum job was very patchy, and streaks on exterior too. Plus they didn't do the courtesy of telling me they were running 1h15mins late, so I had arrived to collect and had to stand there waiting. Very disappointed

I Don’t Have Words For Great Work They Didn’t Clean My Car Just Only Water 💦 They Didn’t Dry Also They Are Saying Is Hand Wash But I Don’t Think So Because I Went To Tesco I Gave Them My Car And Key So They Maybe In 5 Minutes They Wash I Don’t How Still Is Dirty my Car. 👎🏻

Pre-booked my car for a “Gold” valet service with trepidation as it was my first time. (Needed it thoroughly cleaned after Toyota Jemca Purley made it dusty and dirty while upgrading my dashcam - but that’s another story!) Could not be more pleased with the immaculate result! From the polite young man who checked me in and took my keys, to deep cleaning and polishing both inside and out - this was an experience to highly recommend. They even washed my rubber mats and somehow eliminated the horrible burnt rubber odour they’ve had since new. The estimated time was 1.5 hours but I was emailed within 30 minutes that it was ready for collection. Now my car is all sparkly and clean again and I am proud to drive it. Huge shout out to the manager and his wonderful team. 10/10 Don’t sit on the fence like I did. If you’re curious, book your car in and rejoice at the outcome!

Visited on 31 May at around 10:55 AM. I arrived at the Tesco car wash and approached a staff member to ask about the price for an interior and exterior wash. There were no customers waiting, and the staff member was sitting outside the booth. When I asked my question, he said “one moment” and answered his phone, continuing a conversation while I waited. After waiting briefly without receiving a price quote, I left. This was my experience during the visit.

The inside of the car was not property cleaned, even though I pointed out the areas that needed particular attention when I stopped it off. The car is spayed through out with a product to make it smell nice instead.

The team here does a very good job. Even though it was quite busy, they still managed to clean my car thoroughly. The exterior looked bright and the windows were crystal clear. I was satisfied with the overall service.

Overall a very positive experience. The staff worked efficiently and the cleaning quality was excellent. My car had quite a bit of dirt on it, but they managed to remove everything nicely. I’m happy with the service and will come back again.

Booked in for a Full Monty service and they didn’t disappoint. Not even sure I bought my car this clean!

May not have bothered at all. Booked a slot for platinum wash; took 2 hours (half hour extra) and the car wasn't really washed properly at all. Most of the back is like they haven't bothered washing it at all. And in the end they charged me for gold instead - which I guess is lucky as it's only £30 pretty much wasted instead of £55. Won't be back. The search for a decent car wash continues...

Although the 2-3 times were the best experience I had. It has come to my recent attention that I received a £70 parking fine for my wash, which I patiently waited for an hour for my car to be done next 🤦🏻‍♂️

The staff are polite, which is about the only saving grace here. I paid £30 for the so-called “Gold” clean, yet my alloys looked much the same as when I arrived. No coating product in sight, just a quick splash of water and a hand-dry with what appeared to be questionably clean cloths. The interior hoovering was equally underwhelming. Frankly, I’ve seen better results after a half-hearted Sunday tidy-up at home, and that’s saying something. For the same money, there are plenty of places that actually deliver what they promise. I thought this would be convenient as it’s next to Tesco, but clearly convenience doesn’t equal competence. In short, avoid.

Best car wash in south London never had any problems with them i would recommend!!!
