I've been coming here for years to use the jet wash and to refuel. Today when washing my car there, the station manager came out telling me that I can't use it because it's for mopeds only despite years of using it for my car, as a matter of fact I've only ever seen people using it for cars and vans. For what reason? The company is making the same money as it's timed anyway so makes no difference if it is a car or a moped. There is no utilisation of IQ's behind this decision. I said to the manager "so you don't want my money?" to which he answers "no"; zero logic. Then he starts mumbling to the customer behind me about me being unreasonable when it is him who is being unreasonable; I was minding my own business using the jet wash and he comes along making up new rules on the spot telling me I'm not aloud to use the jet wash. I do not engage with petty provocative mind games attempting to portray me as a crazed madman such as that. The manager gets his wish, I'll NEVER be spending a penny here again after refuelling and using the jet wash almost weekly here for years. As heard from the horses mouth, the station doesn't want to earn money. I truly wish Esso Streatham Hill good luck on their endeavours with this unorthodox business model!

The friendliest and most welcoming petrol station in London. Vivek and the team are super helpful and efficient. There are also two really good Costa machines there. Highly recommended :)

Don’t bother coming for a car wash - you may be next in the queue but they’ll tell you the car wash is closing yet let people behind you still use it.

Car jet broken like most of the time.

Late night jet wash to avoid the daytime ques. Even used the jet wash at midnight. Takes £1 £2 and change. Shop is OK with a selection of foods and drinks.

Very expensive and rude

The staff are really friendly and the shop is actually well stocked with a surprisingly big range on offer. The jet wash is pound coin operated although it's not the most powerful one going. Typical impatient people who think it's unreasonable to have to wait 5 minutes until you've finished using the jet wash. If there's water still coming out of the hose it's likely that you shouting have I finished yet is: 1. Stupid 2. Likely to make me put more money in the machine.
