Not pet-friendly at all. Dogs are not allowed inside, even during 33°C heat. I was expected to leave my dog in the car while queuing, which I would never do. This puts responsible dog owners in an impossible situation. If you travel with your dog, be aware that you may not be able to use this station.

Be aware of this shell pump because the workers do steal you points. When you scan the Go+shell card make sure you have the points because it happened to me many times at shell. They have the card they scan and they get your points. I have reported this to shell many times and I didn’t get any response. This is why i stopped going to shell. It was one of my favourite place. I used it today but i will have to stop completely using it. The employees are becoming thieves.

Refused to take my Amazon return parcel saying I’d need to come back after 2? I walked in around 1.40 and it wasn’t completely clear why they wouldn’t just take it? Waste of my time and petrol driving there. Had to go elsewhere another day, as I was on a lunch break and short on time. Won’t be using this Shell again. Very inconvenient.

I wasn't allowed in, I was told it was closed, although there were people inside and the pumps were running, at 10.30am. Not sure what dodgy business is running here.

Conveniently located. Staff are always friendly. Has all the typical things you would want alongside petrol: air and water machine, vacuum, full car wash.

Nice people, have loos, and fuel prices are reasonable. There was a hole in my packet of monster munch, so one star deducted.
