The worst car wash I've been too. Just sprayed soap and pressure washed off. Marks and dirt left all over car and alloys.They are playing with prices as well, Never again just avoid it.

I don’t expect to have to haggle TWICE for the price during a quick car wash when there is a list of prices up on the wall. First I was told it would be the cost of washing the outside of a van (£20) for my medium sized car and even when I agreed to pay £15 instead of the actual price (£10), then when the card machine came out oh btw paying by card is another £5 charge so actually now it’s £20 again. So sick of this kind of experience as a solo female car owner, I would have come back regularly if I was treated fairly but apparently they’d rather treat me like a mug this one time. Apart from that, their slap dash power wash ruined one of the decals on my bonnet leaving me with a £70 bill to repair - which I didn’t see until I’d driven away, but had happened BEFORE they had the audacity to still try to wrangle an extra £5 out of me. Absolutely terrible.

Worse car wash in south east they’re always rushing they do not clean properly and I’ve been a couple times that old man that’s always there had to tell him do his job properly and listen to what costumers have to say as he thinks he’s in the right if you have a cheap car then go for it but if you don’t avoid this place

I visited today, asked for outside only which was meant to be 8.- I paid with a 10 pound note and no one returned offering change …. Inspecting the wash back home I don’t think I’ll be returning - plenty of water marks, not much attention to detail at all.

Absolute scammers. I’ve been coming here for almost a year every month for a car wash and each time they charge me £15. Out of the blue they changed this to £20. They always demand cash (clearly trying to avoid tax) but I never carry cash so they reluctantly allow me to pay by card. The man put in £20 into the card machine to charge me and hid the screen. I told him thats wrong and if you are going to change the price then tell me that. Dont just take the money from me discreetly. Furthermore, this price change is not consistent with every customer because I know others that come here and they have much bigger cars than me and they also get charged £20 so how does it make sense when I have a small car compared to them? I challenged this and the men that work here were being extremely dismissive and rude about it. Also they do a terrible job of cleaning! They leave dirty water marks, dust and marks on the car so what exactly am I paying for? Honestly the service is appalling and the work they do is terrible. For them to increase the price is really not a reflection of what they even offer. Save your money honestly. I’m never coming back here again.

very poor attention to detail on the inside: floor is still dirty as are the plastics. Roof only half cleaned. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.
