Easy to use, friendly staff

Staff were very pleasant and courteous. Store was clean and found everything I wanted.

Fill up and shop in one place

I’ve tried so many times to get my car washed here, but there’s either a queue of about 10 cars, or the car wash is closed. When I’ve tried asking for the opening hours the staff tell me it’s not working. I suspect they don’t bother to open it half the times on purpose.

Car Wash: Oh dear. Premium wash left car wet, dirty n still sporting 2 day old pigeon shit. Staff reaction was NOT sorry have a refund. NOPE. A. Brushes are too soft for bird shit, so as to protect paintwork B. Neither of the 2 cars ahead of me complained C. Partial refund if I come back within 7 days. They then pointed out the machine engineer had just arrived to fix it!!! As far as I'm aware it's not standard procedure to have engineers on site on permanent standbye. So, obviously they knew it was faulty n still sold me a ticket, whilst waiting for the prior ordered engineer to arrive. I think it fair to assume these are not trustworthy folk. So. be aware buying their chilled MnS food n drink. Apparently, they would be happy to sell you milk, left in a corridor for 8hours. ditto ready meals etc. Not exactly what I'd expect from MnS and BP.

The rudest manager ever, named Siva. I logged an official complaint. Customer service is absolutely useless, too. I have to make it clear that it is a franchise and not M&S

A good example of this brand. Though the staff were all huddled together talking and that felt a little intimidating, whereas being separate and serving customers was more my expectation.

Lovely staff, good products in the shop. Coffee and pastries are great!
