Terrible experience always toilet not working because staff is lazy cleaning.Specially guy who belongs this car.Always open late!

Good car wash (and cheap for the area). They have a vacuum + fragrance for £2 per 6 mins (minimum purchase £2). Car wash is automatic drive through, either £3.5, £5 or £8 depending on what you want. Easy and quick, accept both card and cash. For the exterior wash, you need to buy a code inside the shop.

The washing machine is not very effective. Also long queues for the washing machine.

Paid £10 for the “Platinum” wash (their top option) and the car still came out dirty. I even went over the car beforehand with a wet cloth to loosen dirt (wheels, bird droppings etc), so this wasn’t a heavily soiled car to begin with. Despite that, there are still streaks, water marks and visible grime left all over — especially around the rear and edges. For the highest package, this is really disappointing. I usually go elsewhere and won’t be coming back. Don’t bother …

Their toilet is always out of order I always use shell so I can use their toilet but it has been 3rd time I use it and their toilet is out of order

Most of the time there toilet is out of order just because of they don’t want to clean it and thats why they just put sing out of order horrible

Cashier charged me £29 for one litre Engine oil. My car was breakdown and I didn’t have any other options.

Somehow the restroom is always “out of service.” Not broken - just conveniently closed whenever it suits them. It feels less like a maintenance issue and more like a deliberate choice, which is incredibly frustrating for customers. Find yourself a BP never had an issue there.

TBH I don't want to give 1 star but there is no option for no star.... I had a really disappointing experience at this station. In a year and a month ago, I used the tyre pressure machine, but despite completing the pumping process, the pressure in my tires didn’t increase at all, and I was still charged. I had to go to another station to get it fixed. Today, while filling up with fuel, the machine counted the quantity and amount, but nothing was actually pumped into my car. I paid for the fuel, I got nothing but had to go to another station to fill up. For any consumer I would suggest to stay away of this station. I gave chances already but finally I was scammed 3 times!!

What an abhorrent service: two pounds for an air and/or screen wash..!? This is a joke made by tricksters, i’m not using my shell card ever again because it is beyond appalling as the oil profit is never enough for you….

Don’t use the air and screen wash machine. It doesn’t work properly and you won’t get any help from the staff.

Today, I visited a petrol station to use the restroom. Upon requesting access, the cashier informed me that the manager was cleaning the facility and that I could not use it at that moment. I explained that I was experiencing significant discomfort due to my medical condition, as I have only one kidney, and urgently needed to use the restroom. Despite my explanation and the fact that I had made a purchase from the shop, the cashier remained indifferent to my situation and refused to grant me access. I found this response to be highly disappointing and lacking in basic customer service and empathy. Public facilities, especially those within commercial establishments, should be reasonably accessible to customers, particularly in urgent situations. The refusal to accommodate a genuine medical need felt both inconsiderate and unacceptable. I believe businesses should have clear policies in place to handle such situations with more understanding and flexibility. Instances like this highlight the need for better awareness and training in customer service, particularly when dealing with individuals who have medical conditions that require immediate attention.

Car wash ripped my antenna right off; antenna after more than 6 years of life had previously visited over 30 other car washes!!! £130 of replacement!!

Bad service I went to get gas. First I tried to refill automatically through the app, it took me 10 minutes, but the pump did not open. I gave up so I manually filled up Petrol, and I went to pay at the cashier, I warned that the service via app does not work but the response was not clear. After paying I had to ask him to give me the receipt, then he just gave me a worthless ticket, I insisted that he give me the receipt and finally he gave it to me. The hoses were dirty with fuel. I won't be back even though I live very close

Selling off milk, bought two bottles, both stank when I opened them at home and had to pour them both away within a very short period after purchase. 😔 Staff are friendly in the garage and might not even be their fault. But, definitely double-check your milk supplier and/or refrigerators in the future👍
