Lynn Hand Car Wash

After specifically asking for a hand wash only which should have been £15, I was asked multi times if I'd like a Polish and to buy an air freshener. Every time I said no thank you, just the £15 wash to then be told at the end, that's now £20 for a wash and Polish and got an air freshener chucked at me. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had actually done a good job but I might aswell have left it out in the rain! The staff should get a job on commission as I've never known anywhere to have such pushy people. Won't be visiting again.

Went in for an outside wash only, asked for Polish which is normally standard at every other car wash, charged £20. Not good value for money at all. I'll stick to Emneth car wash which is outside and Polish for £7.

Don’t bring your car here . I was charged £30 for a clean inside and out . Much to my dismay bits of paint taken off door and the work what they did was terrible windows smeared couldn’t see out them , and apparently no liability insurance to cover them for bad damage done to customers cars !!!!!! Do not take your car here they are rude people.

Always come back to this car wash, the guys are top tier and provide brilliant service. Car is always cleaned thoroughly and they always give me a fresh car air freshener too. Highly recommend them!!

I arrived with a vw toureg - 2 door I admit the outside and front well were dirty. The back seat covered in a dog protective cover which I took out . I got advised that it was £30 and said 'the sign says £20 and that's all I have' . He agreed to a basic clean/hoover. The car was duly washed and at the next station he says no it's £30. I complained and another guy comes out and says no it's £25. I asked if this was because I was a single female and he asked if I had been drinking !! This is in front of another customer. Please see below for images of my back seat before cleaning . In the end he implied that if I had not moaned he would have been nicer ! *** single woman alone alert ??**. I won't be returning . Three prices in the space of 10 minutes !

Best car wash in kings Lynn

Never had an issue using this car wash until they decided to pressure wash the paint off of my bumper and refuse to take liability.

My daughter went here for the first time, she said she didn't feel comfortable with how the men were acting. She asked for a wash inside & out and then proceeded to tell her that she asked for a polish and charged her £30 saying it was too late they already put it on there. Car doesn't look like it's been cleaned let alone polished. Very sleezy men, if you're a young girl be careful!
