IMO Car Wash

Car wash is good value and effective, pre wash scrub by the staff takes care of the worst of it. Unpleasant to go through but all car washes are. There are sometimes very long queues though

Rough work if you ask me, paid £45 for what I thought was a full package, and they left dirty spots everywhere, dirty pedals and a dirty interior door, (even though they had cleaned the other three interior doors) when I asked him about it he immediately raised his voice and told me that I didn’t pay for the full package. Yes my car is incredibly dirty as I work on site but that doesn’t mean you can skimp out on these things and leave certain areas dirty. All said and done the exterior is “fine” and I will not be coming back again.

Never had a bad experience here, guys are friendly and its a car wash, I enter with a dirty car and leave with a nice clean one 👌

Not impressed paid for the top level XTR and after getting out the front grill is still dirty and the boot is covered in dirt and swirl marks from not being pre washed properly, I understand it being busy and the Que backing up to the road but that doesn’t stop keeping up pride in the company values, I’m very disappointed and will not be returning.

RUDE CLEANER GUY!!!!! We went to this car wash for the first time and were bit unsure about getting into automatic car washing. The guy there instead of helping, started showing attitude and clapping hands because we didn’t understand what he was trying to tell. He started panicking us by yelling and walking away with raising hands. I mean seriously dude, you have the job to help your customers instead of doing that you show temper tantrums 😑. Car was cleaned but ruined our day 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I consistently utilize this car wash, finding it to be the best in King's Lynn, with excellent staff and rapid service.

I went to the car wash and they washed my car. It was nice.

Dishonest and very rude attendants. I asked for just the simplest auto wash they've got. I didn't want an interior clean or a handwash or a wax coating. Man thought about it and then said 40 pounds and presented the card reader!!! I asked again 40? Four zero? He said yes. I was like the board behind you has the ultimate for 13, how is a basic wash 40? He said fine then get ultimate. I said I've also got the 4 pound welcome vouchers off the app. He said it's only 1 per wash. You want the other voucher, come again. I just needed my car cleaned, so i went through with it. You want customers coming back, don't lie to them, be respectful and you wouldn't have to scam them into coming back to you. I'd rather drive somewhere 30 mins further than go back to this car wash.

Staff are very rude if you are raising your concerns to them. Here I am sharing pictures of scratches that happened after washing; I did escalate to the person who was working there. He rang someone from outside, and they started a conversation directly that this did not happen here. We know people like you; you guys want to claim money from us. I did escalate to IMO Car Wash Company about this incident and am currently waiting for the reply from them. Customers don’t have the right to complain or raise their concerns to them. 2 people trying to argue—very rude behavior on these concerns.

Guys were better last year, now they smoke near wash area and behave arrogant. So rude when I take my old cars and better when I take my SUVs. Even my wife had same issue with her cars. My alloys wheels had scratches.

Great services at a reasonable price.
