Nice and Clean Hand Car Wash

Not normally one for a review but I was so shocked and disgusted by my experience I had to share my experience. Firstly the cleaners where smoking while cleaning my car, including inside. There was actually ash left on my seat. Not only am I a non smoker I also had to car seats in the back! I was there along with two other customers who all asked for the same thing, inside and out. So to my surprise I was the first finished despite them starting on my car after them, and I have two children so assumed might actually take a little longer. Only difference where the two other customers where male. The clean it’s self was 3/5 but service was actually shocking and as for communication skills 1/5. Safe to say I will not be returning

The men working there are always staring at women walking by, makes me so uncomfortable.

If I could leave zero i would. The car was not clean. The windows were streaky and the whole car was filthy still. Had to clean myself after. Do not waste your money

Awful service, awful product. Have to stand by the car and ask them to do it twice to get it remotely clean - remained filthy to the touch the first time. Unfriendly, half-arsed and expensive.

Terrible cleaning and very unfriendly management that will try to overcharge. Photos are after car was “cleaned.”

Very prompt. Cleaned all parts of the car, including the inside of the doors. The car was dried after washing. Good all-around experience.
