South Leeds Hand Car Wash

I would not recommend this place to anyone, my mum went here an hour ago to wash her car and the left multiple scratches on her panoramic roof glass. When she called, the person on the phone was extremely rude and accused my mum of causing it when it just happened leas than an hour ago. We will be seeking legal action against this company. This is a new car with a 25 plate that has been destroyed the first time she took it for a wash. If you have a new car, DO NOT GO HERE. Edit: reply to owner. This will be my final response to this message. It did happened here and my mother called this establishment immediate after the water dried from the roof which is when it was apparent. If it was a scratch from a door, one can understand, but a scratch at the car roof? it is very clear its from a abrasive manner of cleaning a new glass. If you have a car that you value, please AVOID this place. Otherwise, you will be gaslit by the establishment and told you are a liar. Certainly a lesson from us and we will advice everyone we know to avoid this place.

They did scratch my car door. They took 10£ take out the main one but I hv observed bunch of tiny chips on bonnet which were not there before and appeared after the wash which I'm sure caused by them while washing and drying

Brought A brand new 25-plate car here and the experience was awful. The outside wash was far from good and the interior was rushed and careless. They sprayed chemicals everywhere without wiping properly. When I got back in the car there was a large, wet stain on the driver’s seat that definitely wasn’t there before. The residue was slippery, clearly from the chemicals they used. When I pointed it out, the staff denied it, claimed it was “just water,” and then started arguing with me instead of resolving the issue. They refused to clean it, so I had to take one of their rags and clean the seat myself. Extremely unprofessional and not a place I’d ever trust with my car again.

Very disappointing experience. I brought my car in expecting a professional wash, but after the service I found several scratches on my rear window that were not there before. Instead of trying to help or investigate the issue, the owner immediately denied any responsibility. He raised his voice, became defensive, and looked to his employees as if they were there to intimidate me rather than help resolve the situation. As a customer, I expected respect and a willingness to find a solution, not this kind of attitude. A professional business should take customer concerns seriously. Unfortunately, because of both the damage to my car and the poor customer service, I cannot recommend this car wash. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Absolutely terrible. The car was left with several dirty patches after the wash. I only noticed them when I got home and stepped out of the car. This car wash used to be fine, but the last few visits have resulted in the car being left poorly cleaned and unfinished. I would avoid this place. There are much better car washes nearby.

It's an ok car wash, it depends who's working at the time, i have to keep telling them to wash my wheels 🛞

This is my first time visit ! Was amazing service, also boss and colleagues were very professional. I was asking full valett since my car is very dirty. (I have 2 border collies) He said has no time for full vallet. So I chosen mini valet. But finally he cleaned up my car perfectly like as new. Also he just charged 45 pound but I want to pay 60 pound ! Since service was worth it. I can't imagine for full vallet ! I will visit this place again for full valet.

It's an average car wash experience.

This place is cheaper than any other car wash in Leeds. All the workers are well behaved and good at work. This is very close to my house, so I don't need to go anywhere else but it is worth coming for those as well who live far.

As tired as you are, save your £20 and do the same job they just use water, very disappointed indeed
