Hand Carwash Purley Way

Yesterday 20/04/24 I came to this carwash to do an in an out wash and they wasn’t even busy that much,but they rushed to wash and finish my car,because it’s quite dark inside the car wash place. After i left i found Oil fingerprints all over my windows,after that I was shocked so i checked and the inside of the car wasn’t clean AT ALL. I came back the same day then i spoke to the female supervisor/manager after she took a look in my car she became angry so i explained the situation then she told her workers and offered another wash after a lot of controversy. so they washed it and claimed they cleaned the inside but STILL they didn’t. it has a lot of soapy water marks and oils stains and a big big dent on the front of my car that they claimed they didn’t do. once i explained to them once again they just told me too hurry up and go that its not there fault and i should never come back. GUYS PLEASE IF YOUR READING THIS DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH!!!!

Terrible place, the service used to be good but is awful now. Couldn’t even clean my windscreen wipers properly or my wing mirrors. There is still dirt on some parts of my car. Will not be going back. Buyer be wear. Poor service and poor car clean.

Terrible car wash, rubbish everywhere, dirty cloths.. lights don’t work so cleaning in the dark. Can’t even be bothered to dry properly think they’re too good for it. Would give a 0 if possible

They left hard to clean oil smudge stains on the windows. On top of this they damaged the paint on my car and after we checked the cameras proving it was them but they refused to compensate and almost forced me to move for the other cars

Best car wash ever!

Very rude, lazy and terrible car wash. After paying for a car clean my car is still dirty. In this economy I doubt they’ll be in business for much longer. Car wash is dark with no lights so they cannot see what they are doing

I usually come here to get my car wash. But they aren't operating here no more.....where have they gone?!!

Absolute best car wash and value for money in the area don’t go anywhere else! Great people, car wash is actually a good size so you don’t have to do a 7 point turn to get around it

I came here to get my car washed, and it was a complete waste of time and money. They did a horrible job—my car was still dirty, like they barely even tried. On top of that, they charged me extra for absolutely nothing. This place has terrible service and zero attention to detail. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and never go here.

I am so shocked by all the bad reviews. I've been coming here semi-regularly for 4 years now and they have always been super speedy and friendly each time. It's cheap, it doesn't take long and they are always cheerful. They also didn't complain the one time I came with encrusted bird poop all over the hood, which they spent a good 5-10mins scraping at!

Charged me £3.00 extra for having a Honda Hrv, Not even a 4x4. Won't go again

I payed to wash my car and they didn’t wash let everything dirty. I never comeback here
