Hand Car Wash - Asda Croydon

Absolutely appalling experience. This was one of the worst car wash services I have ever paid for. The quality of the wash was unacceptable, and my car looked as though it had barely been cleaned. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism or basic customer service. To make matters worse, the service was seriously overpriced for what was delivered. I left feeling that I had completely wasted my money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they are happy to pay premium prices for poor service and an unpleasant customer experience. I certainly will not be returning.

OUTSTANDING! My car was covered with bird poop after I had parked it under a tree for a few days. The Team did an incredible and speedy job! They also cleaned the inside and everything was just spotless. I've been using this place a few times throughout the past years and despite not being the same Team, they work just as efficiently as the previous one. So Highly Recommended!

Don’t bother, can’t even wash the outside of a car properly, stains everywhere and spiderwebs untouched, total shite, and everyone says oh it wasn’t me and the site manager is not there? If you can’t be bothered to wash a car properly then just close shop? Not recommended at all, goodbye

My motorcar was filthy. I'd never tried a hand car wash before. I was impressed. The motorcar was cleaned thoroughly within 30 minutes. I will be returning and will definitely make use of the gold and platinum packages. Today I bought silver, and there is a cheaper bronze option too. Excellent work gentlemen, very well done!

My regular car wash- so convenient- car cleaned to a high standard in 30 mins while you shop. The Boss is very helpful - even jump started my car when the battery was flat!! Always have the gold service- alloys are immaculate which isn’t always the case and no smearing or greasy residue left on the interior- Quick, polite and efficient 🤩🤩

Absolutely fantastic service I received today at a very reasonable price. Hard working people giving every attention to crumps, dirt ldeep inside the seats, , moving car seats to ensure everything is cleaned. Really happy with their service today. They left my car smelling fresh. I won’t hesitate to come back here. Thank you.

Great car wash honest people too service

Great service, my car was like brand new. I can absolutely recommend this service.

I regularly bring my car here as it’s really convenient on my lunch break as I can have a walk around Asda or some lunch at McDonald’s whilst it’s being done. They usually take no longer than 30-40 mins. The guys always do a good job inside and out and I like that they give you an air freshener too. The prices are fair and consistent and the guys are polite. Only reason for not giving 5 stars in sometimes they are clumsy with items inside the car but not an issue if you remove anything you don’t want broken (vent accessories etc). But other than that, can’t complain and will return.
